This weekend the “No Kings” protest in Portland could turn into a violent riot, if Antifa has its way.
If there is one disturbing truth we’ve learned the hard way this year, it’s that when leftists say they want to stir up violence, we had better take them seriously. With all the mass shootings, riots, assaults, and Charlie Kirk’s assassination committed by radical leftists this year, it’s blindingly obvious the political left in America doesn’t just use extremist rhetoric — it acts on that rhetoric. That’s why this bulletin is worrisome:
Antifa have been posting flyers around the ICE facility in Portland calling for their violent militants to embed within the “No Kings” protest and agitate for violence. The call for that direct action originates on the Antifa online collective, Crimethinc.

The George Soros-bankrolled “No Kings” protestors are planning to march in force across the country on Oct. 18, and Antifa plans to infiltrate the protests and stir them up.
Andy Ngo explained, “Antifa often embeds in larger liberal protests, using the crowd as human shields to commit vandalism or violence and then blend back in to evade detection. When police make arrests or use crowd control tools, lying journalists say peaceful protesters are being arrested. Antifa also uses these events to recruit and radicalize people by distributing texts or inviting attendees to training events or after-action meetings. Antifa are desperate to garner more mainstream support after President Trump announced he intends to dismantle their terror cells.”

Democrat politicians and media have spent years pushing pro-crime policies and vilifying their opponents as “literal Nazis” who support “trans genocide” and are “dictators” deploying the “new slave patrols” and “Gestapo.” This year, in particular, Democrats like Gov. JB Pritzker and Gov. Gavin Newsom have actively defended criminals both foreign and domestic while hurling outrageous accusations at Republicans.
A recent poll of Virginia Democrats found that 93% of them believed it was permissible for their Attorney General candidate Jay Jones to wish violent death upon his opponent. A June YouGov poll found that a majority of Democrats (58%) supported the destructive anti-ICE protest in Los Angeles aimed at protecting illegal alien criminals from federal law enforcement. A PBS/Marist poll this month found that almost 30% of Democrats believe violence is the answer for bringing the country back on their track.
Thirty-eight congressional Democrats opposed a resolution honoring Charlie Kirk after his assassination, and there was an explosion of celebration and glee online from leftists after the assassination. Among the leftist killers in recent months are Kirk’s assassin LGBTQ radical Tyler Robinson, “transgender” Minneapolis mass shooter Robert “Robin” Westman, the New Hampshire shooter who screamed “free Palestine,” anti-ICE shooter Joshua Jahn, and Massachusetts murderer and “transgender” Snehal Ansh Srivastava.
All of which is to say that the Antifa plans for tomorrow warrant extra caution from authorities — the “No Kings” protests could quickly turn into destructive riots.
