The U.S. Supreme Court just ruled in favor of illegal alien criminals and against the Trump administration. This is a loss not only for the rule of law and the Trump administration, but it is also a stunning disrespect to all victims of illegal alien crime.
Of course, the federal government can deport foreign gang members. In fact, illegal aliens have no constitutional rights and can be arrested and removed at any time without a warrant, simply because they’re in the country. But not only did the majority of the Supreme Court, including all our “conservatives” but Thomas and Alito, ignore the obvious legal realities, they also did a favor for criminals who victimized American citizens. The American judiciary really is pernicious now.
As White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller pointed out, “Weird how the Supreme Court never ruled that Biden couldn’t import vast armies of illegal alien invaders,” which was in fact illegal. But they’re happy to undermine Donald Trump and backstab We the People.
Speaking of backstabbing, remember how Georgia nursing student Laken Riley was brutally murdered by Venezuelan illegal Jose Ibarra, who had committed multiple previous crimes with his brother yet still received a taxpayer-funded flight to Georgia? The SCOTUS justices sure don’t remember, because they just ruled against Trump’s summary deportations of Venezuelan gang members.

Twelve-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray was also barbarically raped and murdered by Venezuelan illegal aliens. Why is the Supreme Court so interested in protecting illegal alien criminals but not American teens like Jocelyn?
Trump was absolutely right:
The Supreme Court has just ruled that the worst murderers, drug dealers, gang members, and even those who are mentally insane, who came into our Country illegally, are not allowed to be forced out without going through a long, protracted, and expensive Legal Process, one that will take, possibly, many years for each person, and one that will allow these people to commit many crimes before they even see the inside of a Courthouse. The result of this decision will let more CRIMINALS pour into our Country, doing great harm to our cherished American public. It will also encourage other criminals to illegally enter our Country, wreaking havoc and bedlam wherever they go. The Supreme Court of the United States is not allowing me to do what I was elected to do. Sleepy Joe Biden allowed MILLIONS of Criminal Aliens to come into our Country without any “PROCESS” but, in order to get them out of our Country, we have to go through a long and extended PROCESS. In any event, thank you to Justice Alito and Justice Thomas for attempting to protect our Country. This is a bad and dangerous day for America!
The Supreme Court ignored the murders of Riley, Rachel Morin, Nungaray, Ivory Smith, Nate Baker (whose killer was previously ordered deported), Larisha Sharell Thompson, David Lee, and Travis Wolfe. Where can we turn for justice when our children and spouses are raped, assaulted, and killed by illegals?
When congressional Democrats refused to applaud Laken’s and Jocelyn’s family members during Trump’s March address, we were disgusted, and rightly so. But the new SCOTUS ruling is an even worse instance of disrespecting the victims of illegal alien crime.
