While peaceful American citizens and a prominent anti-CCP Chinese dissident rot in American jails, Joe Biden is granting clemency to Chinese nationals jailed for espionage, spying, and child pornography, much to the glee of America’s number one enemy, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
That laundered Chinese money to Joe Biden and his family is once again paying dividends, as the CCP celebrated a deal where the release of several U.S. citizens from China is being rewarded by the exchange of several dangerous criminals. The Biden-Harris administration also downgraded its travel advisory warning for China from Level 3 (reconsider your travel to this country) to “Level 2: Exercise Increased Caution.” CCP-pandering Joe Biden has to hand the Communist Chinese government yet another win on his way out, even as the CCP threatens the U.S. with possible “destruction.”
A China outlet quoted an official saying the deal was discussed by Biden and CCP dictator Xi Jinping during a recent meeting, as well as by other Biden officials in visits to or conversations with China. No wonder the genocidal CCP is smug. Libs of TikTok shared a screenshot of the Executive Grant of Clemency with the comment, “Biden just granted clemency to Shanlin Jin. Shanlin pleaded guilty to possession of child p**n after 47,000 images were found on his computer. His family is also connected to the CCP.” Meanwhile, as the three (at least) Chinese nationals are set to return home and possibly continue their criminal activities, Jan. 6 protestors and pro-lifers, innocent American citizens, are rotting in jail, as is Chinese dissident Miles Guo.

Indeed, Guo — formerly a close ally of Trump advisor and political prisoner Steve Bannon — has repeatedly been denied bail, after suspicious circumstances surrounding his arrest and the FBI raid of his penthouse, which mystifyingly burned down while the FBI was there.
Like Guo, the Jan. 6 protestors have been victims of a rigged and weaponized justice system, where no matter what they did or did not do on that 2021 day (when we now know for certain that FBI and other federal assets were deliberately planted in the crowd, and they possibly orchestrated the whole “riot”), the courts and prisons were unalterably prejudiced against them. They have been raided, arrested, abused, isolated, denied not only rights but necessities.
The Biden administration has also spied upon, harassed, and/or imprisoned pro-lifers, Trump allies (and Trump himself), concerned parents, Catholics, and more. Yet serial criminal Hunter Biden and CCP assets are the ones receiving pardons from Joe "Money-Laundering" Biden.

Biden even made the outrageous assertion that “it is in the national interest that the term of imprisonment [for Shanlin] related to the aforesaid conviction not be served in its entirety.” In what possible way could it be in the national interest to release a CCP-tied national security risk who possessed staggering amounts of child pornography?
The reality is that it isn’t in the national interest, but it is in the interest of the outgoing Marxist administration. January 20, 2025, cannot come fast enough.
