An illegal alien child abuser who identifies as transgender scored an absolutely outrageous plea deal from a woke New York district attorney, to the disgust of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which is rightly concerned that the criminal will soon be back on the streets to victimize other children. And guess who’s responsible for offering the deal.
George Soros-tied Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office offered “Nicol Alexandra” Contreras-Suarez the deal. Contreras-Suarez is a man who masquerades as a woman, according to a DHS press release from March 27. He followed a 14-year-old into a bathroom and raped the youth in February 2025, but despite that horrific crime will only be serving six months in prison. Yes, you read that correctly. A pedophile rapist, who is not even allowed to be in our country to begin with, is only serving six months in prison because he admitted to his crime. Imagine how betrayed the victim and his family must feel. That’s Bragg’s notion of justice.
And he has a long pattern of it. We all know, of course, how he tried to destroy Donald Trump over flimsy evidence of a misdemeanor regarding porn star Stormy Daniels and alleged hush money payments. Bragg consistently lets off dangerous criminals while persecuting political opponents. Former New York City Police Commissioner Ray Kelly attributed a significant rise in crime after the COVID shutdowns to Alvin Bragg’s pro-crime policies.

Ironically, a gang member robbed one of Bragg’s subordinates in 2024. The criminal illegal alien had six prior arrests, but thanks to Bragg’s policies, he kept getting released. Bragg is a serial violator of immigration laws.
Speaking of which, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged a detainer request for Contreras-Suarez with Bragg’s office back in February 2025, but Bragg is uninterested in any objective justice. Notably, the New York City Department of Corrections had agreed to turn Contreras-Suarez over to ICE, but it is not clear if that will happen now that Bragg’s office has worked out such a ridiculous and condemnable plea deal. Hopefully so, and that will therefore thwart Bragg’s fake mercy.
Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis furiously exclaimed, “This plea deal is a disgrace. Six months in jail for raping a child is a gross miscarriage of justice. This pervert was let into our country by the Biden administration and then again released from jail following his arrests for armed robbery, assault with a dangerous weapon, and prostitution.”

The plea deal is indicative of a larger problem, Bis continued. “The horror story of Contreras-Suarez illustrates how open border and sanctuary politicians endanger Americans. Under President Trump and Secretary Mullin, we will continue to put the safety of Americans first and fight to get criminal illegal aliens like this out of our communities to no longer prey on and victimize innocent children,” she stated bluntly.
Yes, Alvin Bragg — like the whole Democrat Party — is on the side of child rapists, murderers, all the most despicable foreign criminals who poured into our country.
