No matter how many names you give yourself, if you were born a male, you’re male. And no matter what you call yourself, if you assault a child, you’re evil and deserve the worst that society can dish out to punish you. But that’s not how the Democrats see it.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has blasted the Manhattan District Attorney’s office for agreeing to a plea deal with a man who says he’s a woman, who’s an illegal alien, and who's a child rapist. The 31-year-old man goes by the name Nicol Alexandra Contreras-Suarez.

As a result of the DA’s soft-on-evil stance, the defendant received just six months in prison as a punishment (or reward?), and credit for time served.
Thanks to a sweetheart deal struck with the Manhattan DA’s office, the criminal illegal who was originally charged with first-degree rape of a child under the age of 17 and stalking, saw those charges reduced. And this was before Zohran Mamdani took office as mayor.
In a statement, DHS said it “condemned” the Manhattan DA’s Office for agreeing to the plea deal because the creep admitted to following a 14-year-old into the bathroom and raping him in February 2025.
DHS reports that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) first lodged an immigration detainer with Manhattan Central Booking on Feb. 13, 2025. Contreras-Suarez is at Rikers Island for now. The plan is for him to stay there until authorities can deport him.
Acting Assistant DHS Secretary Lauren Bis said, “This plea deal is a disgrace. Six months in jail for raping a child is a gross miscarriage of justice. This pervert was let into our country by the Biden administration and then again released from jail following his arrests for armed robbery, assault with a dangerous weapon, and prostitution.
“The horror story of Contreras-Suarez illustrates how open border and sanctuary politicians endanger Americans.”
DHS said that in March 2023, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) arrested Contreras-Suarez for illegally entering the country in San Ysidro, Calif. That was when the Biden Administration released him into the country.
The Medford, Mass., police department later arrested Contreras-Suarez for armed robbery, prostitution, and assault with a dangerous weapon. What do you think Massachusetts then did with this deviant?
If you said, "Put him in jail," you're wrong. If you said, "released him to victimize more people," you'd be right.
According to the New York Post, the Manhattan DA’s office said it had consulted with the victim’s family and wanted to spare the teenager “from having to testify to both the grand jury and over several days at trial.”

You heard that right. The DA wants to consider the feelings of the victim, and so it reduced the punishment for the perverted predator.
If you need to be reminded of who the Manhattan DA is, it’s none other than Alvin Bragg, who has been DA since 2022 and was reelected in 2025. He’s the DA who oversaw the prosecution against President Donald Trump in the adult film star Stormy Daniels “hush money” case. The charges were based on allegations of hush money payments made to accuser Daniels prior to the 2016 presidential election. Bragg found a way to expand the charges into an indictment on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records.
When Bragg ran for the DA position, a political action committee (PAC) named Color of Change PAC supported him. Billionaire leftist George Soros has donated at least $1 million to that organization.
Isn't it amazing how the same names just keep resurfacing any time there is a miscarriage of justice or some other scandal?
