In Spain, a man discovered he could claim to be a woman without any changes to his body and pass the firefighting test he previously failed. Thus he proved once again not only that DEI is not founded on reality, but that it translates to very real dangers for those who have to put up with its adherents.
In the once-Catholic nation of Spain, its new Trans Law apparently allows a person simply to declare himself a member of the opposite sex, without any medical evaluation or psychological justification. Hence any sub-par man who wishes to meet standards — or win medals and titles — could simply identify as a woman this month to do so. One aspiring fireman did just that. Hopefully we can put a stop to the transgender insanity in America before it grows as ridiculous as it is in Spain.
The UK Daily Mail reported on the case of the sex-shifting pyrophile, and how a man who actually qualified to be a firefighter lost his place to the trannie:
The candidate, known as David, initially failed to pass the exam as a man by not achieving a high enough score.
But shortly after receiving the news, it has been claimed the firefighter then announced [he was] changing gender.
According to the rules in Spain, a woman can qualify by achieving a lower score in the physical tests because of the strength differences between sexes… when David moved from 201st place to 101st in the ranking of candidates, Mr [Raul] Asenjo was bumped down and no longer made the cut.
Asenjo is considering legal action against the woke Madrid Council for facilitating this nonsense. He is feeling the pain that hundreds of women globally have felt, even at the Olympics, as they lost out on awards, medals, scholarships, and other opportunities, thanks to men who pretended they were women (see SheWon.org).

In my opinion, this also highlights the fact that women shouldn’t really be firemen; if meeting standards truly is a matter of life or death, why on earth would it be okay to lower or change them for anyone of either sex? But that’s an issue for a different day. The main point is that a certain number of men and women legitimately met the standards to become firefighters in Spain, David didn’t, and yet one of those men who was actually qualified ultimately lost his spot to the unqualified David.
And this does put people in danger. It endangers David’s fellow firefighters, who cannot necessarily rely on him to do everything he is supposed to be able to do, and it endangers those whom he is supposed to save from fires. Not to mention that gender dysphoria is a mental illness, regardless of what modern woke Marxists insist. Sure, David probably does not in the least believe he is a woman, he is simply saying that for the sake of getting the job. But being willing to claim you are the opposite sex unjustly to obtain a job for which you are not qualified is its own sort of mental illness. Either way, this is not a man whose cool reason you can rely upon in very risky situations.
DEI is a pernicious and poisonous ideology in every way, and we hope that in America, at least, we will start to see it cleaned out of our institutions under a Trump administration. The “I” in DEI stands for inclusion, but it really should stand for insanity.
