Founding Father John Adams warned about the permanent loss of freedom before the United States was even founded, but his words still ring true today.
A “Constitution of Government once changed from Freedom, can never be restored,” John Adams wrote during the early days of the American Revolution. It’s a sobering reality to keep in mind as we head to the polls and encourage our family and friends to do so.
Adams wrote to his beloved wife Abigail in July 1775, a whole year before America officially declared independence, while he was serving as a delegate to the Continental Congress. An underreported British war crime during the famous Battle of Bunker Hill was the Burning of Charlestown, an event which Abigail and her father mourned particularly since it was her father’s hometown.
Adams tried to comfort his wife in words that are now famous (and timeless), “Your Description of the Distresses of the worthy Inhabitants of Boston, and the other Sea Port Towns, is enough to melt an Heart of stone. Our Consolation must be this, my dear, that Cities may be rebuilt, and a People reduced to Poverty, may acquire fresh Property: But a Constitution of Government once changed from Freedom, can never be restored. Liberty once lost is lost forever. When the People once surrender their share in the Legislature, and their Right of defending the Limitations upon the Government, and of resisting every Encroachment upon them, they can never regain it.”
Some of us might be starting to wish the election were over, but you also don’t need to be told how important this election is. We keep seeing more and more proof of this. Joe Biden just called all Trump supporters “garbage,” and his administration is treating J6 protestors, Trump allies, and pro-lifers as if they were garbage instead of American citizens.

Our economy is in crisis, our border all but erased, our international standing weaker than ever, and our speech is being silenced by the censorship industrial complex. The Biden-Harris administration funded Middle Eastern Islamic jihadis and illegal aliens with taxpayer money but told U.S. hurricane victims there wasn’t enough money to help them.

Kamala Harris recently said she doesn’t believe in religious exemptions for abortion, and she has a track record of supporting legislation to force Catholic institutions to accept homosexual unions, transgenderism, and abortion. Democrats have pushed the fiction of a Christian extremist threat while ignoring pro-Hamas radicals screaming genocidal slogans against Jews.
This is a short list of some of the more egregious abuses of the Biden-Harris administration. Share this list and keep it in mind as we draw close to Election Day. Our Republic and our Constitution cannot survive four more years of this. If we vote Trump and down-ballot GOP into office, the nightmare can end and we can once again look forward to a future of liberty, security, and prosperity. Liberty once lost might be lost forever, but we are not going to lose it — we are going to drive the Democrat tyrants out of office.
