Earlier this week, we highlighted the above clip featuring King Samir Shabazz, the New Black Panther videotaped in that clip both in front of a Philadelphia polling place on election day 2008 brandishing a night stick, and then caught by National Geographic TV literally shouting for murder into a bullhorn on Philadelphia’s South Street. Since then, several new clips have surfaced, two of which feature his brother Malik Shabazz, president of the New Black Panther Party.

Perhaps the most damning is this first one, spotted by Larry O’Connor of Big Journalism, who writes,“New Black Panther Party President Admits to Philadelphia Voter Intimidation; Holder’s Justice Department Still Silent:”

“You know we don’t carry batons…. PSYCHE! Heh heh heh… I’m just playin’” – Malik Zulu Shabazz, President of The New Black Panther Party.

The Justice Department has seen fit to drop voter intimidation charges against Malik Shabazz’ New Black Panther Party’s involvement in the now infamous events at a polling place in Philadelphia on November 4, 2008. In light of the recent testimony by former DOJ attorney J. Christian Adams before the U.S. Civil Rights Commission, the story is gaining further attention and scrutiny.

Now, Breitbart.tv is featuring a newly discovered video showing Shabazz boasting about his organizations intentions that day in Philadelphia.

“There were strong intelligence indicators that there was going to be some trouble at the polls and we wanted to make sure the police were not harassing our people so we wanted to go out and do what we could. It’s just that sometimes the New Black Panther Party, sometimes, whatever we do we just tend to do it kinda strong.”

Finally, Shabazz instructs his disciples that as soon as a “Black man” took over the Justice Department the charges were thrown out.

This new video is even more damning to the Obama Justice Department given the astounding testimony by Mr. Adams:

“I was told by Voting Section management that cases are not going to be brought against Black defendants for the benefit of White victims. That if somebody wanted to bring these cases, it was up to the US Attorney but the Civil Rights Division wasn’t going to be bringing it.”

Under these new revelations and the increasing pressure from the U.S. Civil Rights Commission, how long can Attorney General Eric Holder allow the perception to remain that crimes under his watch are only enforced if the victims and the perpetrators fit the correct racial profile?

Elsewhere, here’s video of “New Black Panther Chairman Malik Shabazz Praises Osama bin Laden.”

Move along, nothing to see here, either. He’s probably just a fan of of Sen. Patty Murray, the Washington State Democrat who praised Osama back in 2002.

    Sickening.

    • hello. i completely agree. it appears the oil barons are winning, and soon we will be throwing down on this whole racial, religious, political, alien subversion to our citizenry; while the greedy capitalists running it all continue to laugh at and mock us. we do not need to kill our brothers and sisters to allow them behind the scenes to continue pillaging our pockets. we do not need to be fighting amongst ourselves to enrich them. we do not need to fall victim to their public games, to enable them to continue to rob us blind behind our backs. it is sickening how we, as a nation of God respecting peoples are so quickly (with herd mentality) willing to transgress . move on progressive reformers, spend a little tax on me, before insurrection happens at the industry doorstep you so lovingly covet and worship.

      • MarkTheGreat

OK, now that we have heard from the lunatic fringe, maybe we can get back on subject.

  2. 2. tanstaafl

I can’t tell you how thrilled I am to have a DOJ in service to such self-aggrandizing creeptoids.

  3. 3. TriGeek

I had three men in my family tree who died fighting for the North in the Civil War. How about if I demand reparations from the NBPP for the sacrifice my family made in freeing their relatives from the bondage of slavery? You think I am askiung too much for a simple thank you? My mother’s side of the family had been indentured servants, before running off to America. Seems like I am due some serious hard cash, and boy am I mad at those British “crackers” for the abuse they laid on my family back in the 1700′s. All that taken into account, how could I possible expect to achieve anything in this country? sarc off.

Holder must go. Yesterday is not soon enough.

    • carolannie

Unlike Congressional Dems who admit they “make it up as they go along”, Holder takes his orders from the well-orchestrated top. They all gotta go!

      • Lightnin' Hopkins

And it’s looking more like they will with each passing day, carolannie.

  5. 5. Dave Surls

So, the question I have is…who are the bigger scumbags, the New Black Panthers or their pals, the New Democrats?

    • Aerialcat

      Is there a difference?

      • carolannie

Of course, there’s a difference. The New Black Panthers are black scumbags. The New Democrats are a racially diverse “mixed bag” of scum.

  6. 6. John

The most outrageous part of the video is where this monster freely admits that because Obama took over and “a black man became attorney general” the case was dismissed. Absolutely disgusting.

  7. 7. sally

Kelly on FOX interviewed the president of the new black panthers today. What an eye opener and totally disgusting .

These people actually think that the “crackers” of America owe them for the things that happened to their ancestors…if that’s the way it is…they best go back to Africa and get the people that sold their ancestors into slavery to begin with.

These people are a minority and they’re running rough shod over everyone. Things really do seem worse since Obama got in office..so is Obama and friends pushing for a race war???

    • Legion

This is why a large portion of the latino community does NOT hold african americans in high esteem.

My father’s reasoning is “Take a look at how recently your great grand parents have arrived in this nation (a little while before the 1920′s, for those curious). Do you see the wealth we’ve built. The businesses we start, the place that we had to earn for ourselves just like every other successful American? We’re where we are because we never asked for hand out, and never found a job to be too tough for us.”

Then again this also comes from a business owner who doesn’t take too kindly to illegal aliens (they ruin fair wages and prices in our industry), or the idea of welfare, or this current relatively useless generation of both politicians and young adults.

And yes, he did teach me a decent amount of plumbing, but he would rather see me go to college and get a solid degree that would allow me to be more useful to the company and its future than just being another master plumber.

      • Polly

Blacks were making the same kind of progress before Johnson’s “Great Society” came into being. Once the Democrats realized their KKK just wasn’t doing the job anymore, they adopted the new plan: keep ‘em poor and angry–at whitey, of course, but most especially at the Republicans.

Given human nature, it’s still possible that the Democrats can do the same thing to a new batch of discriminated-against people: illegal [Hispanic] aliens. I see the plan taking shape right now.

Ol’ Barack is definitely NOT a uniter. He’s definitely NOT “post-racial.” We can only hope that whites, thinking blacks and LEGAL Hispanics who still have pride and self-reliance can DIS-empower Barack and his virulently anti-American cronies before they succeed in turning American into just another third-world thugocracy full of disparate warring groups, angry enough to create chaos but unorganized enough to be too impotent to change anything for the better.

    • Kilo Watt

Did you notice, when Kelly wanted a Yes or No, his eyes diverted? imho, someone was coaching him, as he was trying to formulate an answer.

I suppose the other Ethnics in the US, created the Bloods and Crips? Caused overcrowding by having 5 kids and 5 fathers? Of course the African American is not the only abuser of welfare.

These nuts know nothing of the 60′s, nor how many White voters put Oslumus in office.

Hate is the destruction of ones faith. Even an Atheist has faith, they faithfully don’t believe. But we know how the word Black at one time was not acceptable, and we know African American’s whom educated themselves and became valued members as an AMERICAN. My Reverend Ross is such a man, and he too has doubts of where BO and Holder hold their FAITH with morals and ethics.

America now, has an explosion of new slaves in AZ. Could the non legal way to citizenship be to allow African Americans to become the lesser of minority? We all know the real Americans here, that choose to mix and have family’s.

There has got to be a stand up of these mixed races and African Americans, who would vote yes to Impeach the New Muslem World of Oslumus and company.

Afgan in space with a Poppy pipe! And they don’t think after we leave they will not grow again in Afganistan?

I don’t believe the guy is a plant, any more than George Wallace, police dogs, and firehoses were plants for Liberals in 1964.

This is what this guy, and lets be honest, a great deal of the Black community believes. In the video where the other guy is screaming about killing Whites and their babies, what is noticeable is that the Black guy he excoriates for having a White girlfriend, who he calls a whore, does not punch the guy out. The mostly Black passers by don’t tell the guy to shut up, argue with him, threaten to kick his ass, and so on.

Any guy wearing KKK regalia, spouting White Supremacist stuff, in a White neighborhood, would get his ass kicked … by White passers-by. Its why you only see those lunatics on street corners with police protection.

The fall-out from Obama’s Presidency is the dark side of human nature. Black people are just as bigoted, racist, and ignorant today as White Southern Segregationists were half a century ago. Most middle class Whites have an idealistic view of Blacks as blameless victims, helpless against oppression, and this series of videos shatters that like glass on cement. Not by what the speakers say, but the lack of condemnation.

I have not heard Bill Cosby, Barack Obama, Eric Holder, Jessie Jackson, or Al Sharpton, condemn any of these videos, the statements made, or the beliefs articulated within them. The end of White guilt is here. Far worse, the previously “magical” victim stuff as articulated by Spike Lee and LAT writer David Ehrenreich, brings disillusion like “a God who bleeds” in Man Who Would Be King.

The social status quo — Blacks as entitled innocent and helpless victims of White racism, with special privileges to make up for past brutal racism, only holds up as long as Blacks refrain from making racist, anti-White statements and deeds.

The power of the internet is that private, New Black Panther messages only, are now exposed to everyone. The same stuff that trips up Google, or McDonalds, or various other mega media giants, i.e. segmented and specialized messages, are undoing Obama AND his allies (the New Black Panther Party who he feels a racial/ideological affinity for) AND as a whole, the social consensus of special (Affirmative Action) privileges for Blacks and other non-Whites.

First off. I am a minority. If we go by the current language. I am a Filipino-American who by all accounts, should be praising the whole Obama deal.

Secondly. The fuck I am. I am an American, a former Philippine citizen naturalized to be a citizen of a great nation. My family gave blood to this country, and I’m proud to be the nephew of several relatives in uniform, as well as tasting a part of it through ROTC.

I’m tired of all this bigotry. Martin Luther King Jr. must be rolling in his grave, as we kowtow to men of insignificance due to the color of their skin, their ethnicity or racial identity, rather than their abilities, knowledge, experience, their CHARACTER. Is this the America I came to?

If it is. I have two options. 1, I fix it. I yell and scream. Or go inside and fix it. 2, I take the easy way out, go back to the Philippines and live in my family’s plot of land or family business where a hard day’s work is still respected.

      • pelaut

Filipinos are great people and have loyally stood by the U.S in tough times. I’ve got several in my family that have enriched our centuries old American blood line.

Unfortunately, Option 2 looks good today, and perhaps for many, many years to come.

God bless you and thanks for coming to help the USA. It was just too late.

    • Eli

I am a black man who has a perspective. You not that the mostly black passer bys ignored the comments. One black man whose white girlfriend was insulted did not stick up for her.
      1. I live in an area where there is a group called the black israelites. They beleive the true Jews are black people and that everyone else are Gentiles. They beleive that they are God’s chosen and that one day He will come back and punish the Gentiles for persecuting His people. They wear silly costumes, are highly volitile, and they don’t listen to reason or logic. Quite frankly I and several of my black friends think they are idiots. Rather than entertain them, I’ll admit that I have rolled my eyes and kept walking because you can’t win an arguement with those idiots.
      2. I am married to a white woman and given the environment the NBPP was speaking in, inmay have kept my mouth shut and moved on. Why? What’s rhe point. I could get mad and try to fight but when that idiot’s friends decided to beat me down, I know better than to trust that some stranger will come to my rescue. Besides, I’ll get arrested and probably be portrayed as a thug in the evening news.

I am a middle class man living in a middle class neighborhood who holds middle class values. I don’t want reparations for past wrongs, I don’t need a hand out, I love my country, and I am proud of 25 years my dad gave in service to this country in the USAF. I hear pjm readers complain about the main stream media being biased but I have to say that as a black man, the msm is no friend of mine. There are plenty of us who are hard working upstanding citizens, but we are not the ones that get focus because we don’t get ratings. It’s the nut jobs we get to see and I am sick of it.

      • pelaut

I’m with you, Eli. My wife is black, and if confronted with these nuts, or Aryan Nation types, we’d just scuttle on by with our heads down.

BTW, we spent a year traveling throughout the American south, where I grew up. My wife and I both found the South virutally free of racism. Yet you wouldn’t know that from the press, or the constant negative references, such as here, to the southern states. In 26 years of marriage the only cross-eyed looks we got were in NYC and Europe.

I lived in Europe many years, working in all EU countries and some communist. I saw racial and inter-sect hatreds seethe everywhere there, though they all were indoctrinated by the American media to think America was worse. It isn’t.

The Obama totalitarian gang will turn on the race sluice when they perceive failure coming. Expect each summer before elections to be a “long hot summer” of racial animosities drummed up by the politicians.

        • Free Speech

I am glad that you & Eli spoke up.

I was born & raised in Jackson, Mississippi. My Father hired Blacks in his businesses. He hired a Black Woman, Ellie, to take care of me. Ellie was like a Mother to me.

My White Family suffered from White Racism. My Father was found hanging from a tree in a Park where I played as a child.

In all my time in the racist South, I never witnessed racism as depraved as that sanctioned by BHO, Holder & the New Black Panthers.

White Racists surely killed Fathers, Mothers & Children, both Black & White; but they were never allowed to shout in public, “We need to kill their babies!”

          • God Bless

These old bad feelings are being introduced into our use of the www.

To your loss of a loved one due to what is being brought forward today, your pain is still real and your heart ladden with grief.

If only BO and Crew knew the strides taken, when underground railroads were in place to free the slaves. I suppose these are the same racist the NBPP are speaking of.

The problem is that these Black racist follow a Muslem ideology, terrorist or not. Also why we object to a Mosque across the street from 911. The missing Afgan’s from TX, can blend into an Hispanic community VERY easily.

Sunnis and Shites don’t know how their problems to co-exist were solved, no matter how late, in MLK and the Civil Rights movement.

Keep your faith, as this may be all no one can ever take from you.

      • Larry in the Silicon

Eli, one of my more memorable experiences with racism was when living in Oakland, near Mills College. I was sitting in my car on the street when a black guy drove by and shouted ‘Spic’ at me. I was confused at first, being the descendant of Eastern European Jews with a Sephardic component. I did not understand if he was addressing me or not. Yesterday I was in a grocery store in Palo Alto. I bought some spring onions, or Mexican onions. The Caucasian clerk asked me what sort of onions they were. I offered her those two possibilities. She read the tag on the onions, which was in Spanish; her accent was really good. I asked her what she had said, and she did not know. So she asked me if I could translate, and I said ‘no.’ Then she asked me if I am ‘Spanish.’ I thought of giving her the full historical-migrational background, and then opted not to. So I asked what her background was, and she gave me the whole story. Well, what’s my point? I don’t really know. I am sorry that black people such as you get caught in the crossfire.

      • Zwolf

You are a coward, and I hope your wife is not proud to read all of the excuses as for why you would not stick up for her. A big problem is that the black community refuses to TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for themselves – just like you, turn your head and look away. You think that by not agreeing with these crazies, somehow you are part of a solution but you are wrong. In my experience, having grown up in a predominantly black neighborhood, black racism and violence against whites is the standard and the startling majority of blacks are NOT above the hate as you might want us to believe. And you may consider yourself middle class, but your writing reveals that you never paid attention in school and are probably just another example of insane equal opportunity hiring practices. The fact that you distinguish yourself as not wanting a hand out really emphasizes the widespread problems with the black community.

        • Eli

          Zwolf,

You obviously have some issues you need to deal with. I feel no need to justify my actions, or in action to you. I also feel no need to lay out my educational credentials to you. Based on a short post I wrote on my phone in my spare time, you have made your mind up about me and there is nothing I can do to change it. I thank those of you who engaged in discussion with me. I learned from your perspectives. Zwolf, I choose to dismiss you just as I dismiss the NBBP idiots. Thanks for trying, bait not taken.

    We have to understand:
    1) We are in the midst of the ISLAMIC WORLD WAR
    2) it is Allah inspired, Koranic commanded, Muhammed mandated holy war
    3) it is Islam’s prime directive, codified here:
Muslim (1:33) – the Messenger of Allah said: “I have been commanded to fight against people till they testify that there is no god but Allah, that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah”
    and here
Bukhari (8:387) – Allah’s Apostle Muhammed said, “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah’”
    4) it is raging on every continent except Antarctica
    5) it is a guerrilla war executed by infiltrators and insurgents
    6) it is being waged by individual ‘Soldiers of Allah’ like Times Square bomber Faisal Shahzad and murderous traitor Major Dr. Nidal Malik Hasan
    7) it is supported and directed by groups and organizations like the Muslim Brotherhood, al-Qaeda, Abu Sayeff
    8) the New Black Panthers are another of those Islamists groups – look at their tactics, their chosen Islamic names, their references to the Koran, Ahadith, Sunnah and praise for Osama bin Laden
    9) Prime Minister of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan said: “The mosques are our barracks, the domes our helmets, the minarets our bayonets and the faithful our soldiers…”
    10) Obama is an Islamic symapthizer guilty of high treason by:
    a) aiding and abetting our enemies
    b) failing to uphold his presidential oath to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
    c) granting state support and special privilege to a single ‘religion’, Islam
    d) willfully promulgating pro-Islamist policies that he knows are based on false pretenses
    e) using state resouces to disseminate false propaganda in support of his pro-Islamist policies

    Scum.

I wonder if the Clan/Arian Nation membership will increase due to the hate for crackers, and their babies being shown by the NBPP.

This type of crap is just another way to fracture the USA.

  13. 13. jb

I’m an old fart, but I’m white, and I’m a good shot with a shotgun, pistol, and rifle,,, I wonder if the Arian nation would be interested in extending an invitation for membership to me?

Seems to me that black reverse racism is driving white folks that way.

  14. 14. myohmy

We are heading on hard time, it feels like we just stepped 200 years backward. Eric Holder and co. are just bunch of racists representing their favor race.

    • sally

This is why we need to be very careful how we vote in the next election.
Do not allow plant candidates to split the vote and allow any of the mess we have back into office.
The people all appear to be so damned mean and angry. And the maggot in the videos is a disgrace to all black Americans.

    • Peter Karagianis

It’s quite interesting to recently learn about the flap over the so called new Black Panther Party. I see it as another extremist group. I wonder why all the people that object to this group aren’t as vocal about skin heads and other white hate groups. I believe this party has brought to the surface white racist attitudes. A friend of mine said that this Party is a step towards a race war. My friend is ludicrous and once again says that he is racist in my eyes.

      • SJ

The white supremacist groups are no longer using voter intimidation. That’s the (obscenely obvious) difference.

  15. These twats need a tour to Gettysburg. After a comprehensive tour, where they learn how their ancestors fought for their freedom, I’d send them to a special ghost tour. Of course, like most people, they’ll hear the cannons fire on daytime, without any re-enactments.

That ghost tour would be in the middle of nowhere, in the worst of the battlefield areas, pitch dark and have them scream this same rhetoric. See how their ancestors and those ghostly crackers take it.

They need a good dose of history, and convert to a New White Party-that’s how they’ll come back after an interesting evening. Yes, I suggest a petition for those of you that had Civil War relatives that died for them, reparation.

I wonder when I watch stuff like this, what would’ve happened if the South won.

    • Larry

Excellent point! It would be my guess that the morons that we see here probably don’t even know the conclusive dates of the Civil War, the turning point, when Lincoln changed the goal of the war aim to the “abolition of slavery,” not to mention all of the “now” vain efforts of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King. These New Black Panthers had better be careful for what they wish for. They may run into a pissed off crowd that is not concerned about waving “batons” and shouting obsenities… I hope this doesn’t happen. When Obama was elected, I felt that we were officially on a level playing field. Now we find out that it is quite the contrary… Sad day in America.

  16. 16. jcp370

Hey wait a minute, this can’t be real. I thought the New Black Panthers don’t go “telegraphing” what they are doing.

These cretins should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The only way blacks will ever achieve the equality they want is to do the right thing, even if it means prosecuting their own. As long as they continue to behave in a racially charged manner, as they are here, or try to extract revenge on those who have done nothing to them, they will be relegated to the lunatic fringe and achieve nothing except to become laughingstocks.

  21. 21. aloysiusmiller

He said it, not me “too black”.

  22. 22. Delia

I received plenty of ridicule on PJM in 2009 for saying that Blacks want to be the new racists.

I feel vindicated (sadly, I wish I was wrong).

  23. 23. Insufficiently Sensitive

This is a sideshow, but also a sobering glimpse of some of the forces in urban politics. And sideshow or not, its staggeringly corrupt of the MSM to be burying this story, particularly its strong suggestion of direct connections with policy-makers at the Department of Justice.

The current civil rights regime of racial preferences has grown – metastasized – out of the civil rights movement, which once fervently believed in equal justice before the law. That was the draw that pulled in a critical mass of everyday Americans, that got Congressional activists elected, that has emplaced four decades of statutes and regulations and judicial decisions, all presumably for the benefit of the very folks we now see on YouTube.

Well, YouTube has shown us that there are some who stoutly reject that equal justice concept, and regard the new administration as simply spoils of war with aggrandized power for the winners, and subordination for the ‘others’.

This house divided against itself can’t stand. And as these TV events are still a sideshow, although starkly revealing, there will come superior forces – driven by that same old principle of equal justice under the law – and set things to rights one way or another. Because that same critical mass of everyday Americans still holds to the equal justice principle, and despite the misuse the MSM makes of the word ‘justice’ when quoting it to justify racial aggression of the YouTube sort, there will come some reaffirmation, even inside the Justice Department, to begin setting things right.

    • Delia

Exactly, right. Hell, if Lindsay Lohan can get a 90 day jail sentence, why not these thugs?

      • gracie

        She’s white…they’re not…

        • Larry in the Silicon

“Free LiLo.” Actually, I don’t think she deserves that, or her 23 days or whatever. If the girl is going to destroy herself with drugs and booze, the judge will not stop her anyhow.

          • gracie

it’s not all about the drugs and alcohol while walking and talking
…she’s “car” accident prone.. As far as I’m concerned she could drop off the earth…but not with someone else’s life.. If she didn’t drink and drive, there would not have been much said I suppose…

      • Andy Gump (formerly Oscar the Grump)

Delia, don’t you know that Obama put a “holder” on the whole thing?

  24. 24. Snake Plissken

Maybe King Samir Shabazz was right all along . . . we ARE finding out what it’s like to be ruled by the black man . . .

    • Buck Rogers

The operative word being… ruled. This president has absolutely no respect for the separation of powers or the rule of law. That is becoming increasingly obvious.

      • carolannie

Becoming obvious? It WAS obvious! If you listened to what Obama said, read what he wrote & saw who was in his inner circle, you would’ve had no doubt as to how the man would “rule”. Instead, most Americans chose to ignore the facts, decided to chase hope & change & voted for the “cool” guy. So “buck up”, Buck Rogers….now we all have to pay the consequences of 4 years of rainbows & unicorns.

        • Polly

I don’t think “most Americans” ever KNEW the truth. The MSM certainly downplayed Obama’s past and McCain, who should have been attacking Obama viciously, declined to mention his past, either; that would have been too mean-spirited. And McCain verbally flogged anyone who said anything negative about Barack, including mentioning the middle name–of which Obama now appears to be quite proud.

It was McCain’s responsibility to tell us why we should vote for McCain rather than for Obama, which included telling us why we should NOT vote for Obama. He had PAID ADS, for God’s sake; the MSM couldn’t have stopped him (though I’m sure they would have pointed out how evil and mean-spirited he was).

When you can’t count on your own candidate to point out the flaws in his opponent, you can’t blame “most Americans” for being fooled by that opponent’s meaningless chants. “Hope”–who doesn’t?! “Change”–yeah, we’ve been told how bad the Republicans are and we can see that the economy’s in trouble. Yes, “change” is good.

We were doomed the minute Mr. Reach-across-the-Aisle, “Charming Old Man,” “Nice Guy,” was made our candidate. Now can we find a man–or woman–with guts to run against The One in ’12? (Don’t count on “most Americans” having any idea what this administration has in store for us.)

          • Rosie

Very well said. Those of us who opposed Barack, or Clinton for that matter, had NO Leader. McCain acted like he Loved Barry and that this election event was just a social meeting. McCain didn’t even try to win. He should have stepped out early and let a LEADER take the game on.

McCain will not get my support… not for anyting

  25. 25. jmz

ok how to say this…sorry the NBPP are not strong black men they are N****. I may not make it on the board but i have to speak my mind. I love the black man as much as anyone. this has nothing to do with race. but when these fools are calling for killing people and babies for some made up fantasy about who they think they are and their made up names, and a chip on their shoulder because this hate is the only thing they have or can acomplish there is NO other word for them. I see no reason to treat them like men or even human. between them the anarchists and g20′s the communist or progressive. we better wake the heck up and start calling things as they are and NOT worry about being polite about it. these sucm bag cowards wont think twice about setting us op for a fall legal or violent. and we better realize that!

  26. 26. jeanneb

I wish somebody would ask this clown:

“Can you bring forward just ONE “brother” who was properly registerd, yet was prevented from voting in the last 20 years?”

    • gracie

That might be difficult as I do not think felons can vote in most states…

      • carolannie

But Obama & the Dems are challenging the “felons can’t vote” provision in many states. Well, at least they know where to find a lot of THEIR untapped voters.

  27. 27. Hugh

I was discussing this issue with a friend and came across this:

    http://mediamatters.org/research/201007070001

“No voters have alleged intimidation stemming from incident

Civil Rights Commissioner: “[N]o citizen has even alleged that he or she was intimidated from voting.” While O’Reilly, Wiehl, and Guilfoyle stated or suggested that the New Black Panthers had engaged in voter intimidation, in an April 23 hearing on the DOJ’s decision in the case, Civil Rights Commissioner Arlan Melendez noted that “no citizen has even alleged that he or she was intimidated from voting,” which “was clear to the Justice Department last spring, which is why they took the course of action that they did.” From the April 23 Civil Rights Commission hearing:

MELENDEZ: My remarks are going to be brief because I think far too much of our time has been consumed on this seemingly unnecessary investigation. Citizens should be able to vote without intimidation, and it is our Commission’s duty to investigate complaints from citizens that their voting rights have been infringed.

In this case, however, no citizen has even alleged that he or she was intimidated from voting at the Fairmount Avenue Polling Station in 2008. This absence of voter intimidation was clear to the Justice Department last spring, which is why they took the course of action that they did.

This absence of voter intimidation was clear to the members of this Commission as well, or at least it should’ve been. Our investigation has been going on now for the better part of a year. We have wasted a good deal of our staff’s time, and the taxpayers’ money.
Main Justice: “[N]o voters at all in the Philadelphia precinct have come forward to allege intimidation.” A July 2 article at the legal news website Main Justice reported that “no voters at all in the Philadelphia precinct have come forward to allege intimidation” adding, “The complaints have come from white Republican poll watchers, who have given no evidence they were registered to vote in the majority black precinct.”

Interestingly, the Bush administration dropped the criminal charges.
If no one felt intimidated enough to complain, what’s this all about?
My suspicion is it’s about smearing the present administration, but that’s just me.

    • blotto

Hugh: Of course the people who voted were not intimidated. Duh! It was the people who did not vote who were intimidated. Double duh!! What was the race of those interviewed and claimed to not be intimidated?

      Get a clue.

SCOTUS ruled that intimidation need not be physical to be considered intimidation. I am a meek, mild tempered guy but if I stood outside your front door with my 34 Louisville slugger would you be intimidated?

      • carolannie

Hugh obviously doesn’t know the 1st commandment of the “New & Improved Black Panthers”: No Snitchin’, Cracker!

    • Lightnin' Hopkins

To my understanding, video of these individuals was broadcast on local news stations with plenty of time left to vote that day — intimidation enough for any white voters seeing that on TV before heading to the polls, particularly senior citizens.

This administration doesn’t need any help from outside in “smearing” their reputation, Hugh. They are quite adept at stepping in it and spreading it about all by their lonesome. Attorney General Holder in particular — who sues over 14-page laws he has only “glanced at” and can’t bring himself to mention in the term “Islam” in a congressional hearing — has proven to be unfit to serve as the nation’s chief law enforcement officer. Pressure is mounting for his removal with every new example of his misuse of power. You can blame Fox News or Bush or Palin or even me for all of that, but the day of reckoning is coming — these two-bit radicals are making their own bed.

      • twistin

theys makin’ a doodoo in they own beds, you axe me!

    • Abi

There were a couple of men on news yesterday that issued statements that they had been intimidated..
. i remember 2 men in particular…The DOJ is corrupt and that is being shown. Frankly if I were an older person I would be afraid to come forward, seeing how things are being handled.

I still believe Obama is a puppet for someone…he doesn’t have the slightest idea what a president does..he loves the speech part, and putting people down part..he’s a disgrace.

Take your cameras in 2010…there will be fraud any way possible..

    • Christopher

Besides the other points, consider this as well- those interviewed who charged intimidation would have then become witnesses for the prosecution, and likely their names and details available to the defense team. Say you lived alone, or worse, had a family with kids- would you become a witness for the prosecution against this gang of thugs? If you lived in the area, and had heard what these men said (I’m guessing it’s better known in the immediate neighborhoods), would you stand up? Put your family in danger? Accidents happen on the way to school, ya know? If they are willing to stand at a polling place like they did, in broad daylight, and not be concerned with the feds, let alone local police (shame on them too, they get paid for the hardest of jobs), would you feel safe at all at night? Or letting your kids out on their own? Consider that, in your ‘no one said they were intimidated’ charges. I can believe it. I’d probably keep quiet too, unless I lived alone and had a concealed carry permit.

As for Bush- dropping a hot, polarizing issue in an election year? No…who could imagine? /sarc off (and I’m p.o.’d at him for doing so). There was a default judgement against them, and the DOJ dropped it afterwards. Obama didn’t even address it. Had he truly been “post-Racial”, and the courageous champion of hope and change, he’d have stood up, and said “The content of these mens’ character has been found DEFICIENT- theirs is not The Dream, theirs is arrogance, contempt and hatred, and we WILL NOT allow it in this nation”. But he didn’t. He stood by Holder instead. That’s where he failed, and truly lost any shred of respect I might have had for the man.

    • ptbw

You’ve seen the video. Definitely intimidation, documented, obvious, illegal, end story. Doesn’t matter if it worked or not (if you’re crazy enuff to make that argument). If someone attempts murder but doesn’t succeed, should they just be sent on their merry way? Better luck next time?

  28. 28. CRACKER

Pretty sad commentary on what is defined as an education system these days, of course I have my doubts he ever saw a set of doors that lead it way towards an education at all, but, this is a fine example of hate at it’s best. I live in a small community in the middle of flyover country, all white with one family of mixed racial appearance and these fine folks are treated as members of this community. The other night we sat here at this screen and watched this fine example of the educational system wondering to ourselves how long this racist would last here in our litle community, and the black man said, “I got me some hogs that need afeedn’” and I think I would have helped him with the request. If this passes for the black man of today, it maybe time to repatriate these individuals back to their ancestorial lands with a big thank you for proving my point.

  29. 29. Banjo

Hugh is one of those starry-eyed tools on the left who take agit-prop organs like Media Matters over the evidence of their lying eyes. How’s the “we will heal the oceans” working out for you, Obamabot? The most polarizing president in history still finds defenders among the herd animals. Amazing.

  30. 30. Sam Spade

So Hugh, say you are a Republican that lives in that district, would you complain knowing that the New Black Panthers lived there too? Or to put it in historical context, would the fact that nobody in a given district came forward to allege intimidation by the Klan in a given district in 1910 meant that the Klan should have been able to stand in front of the voting area, armed? In a multiracial society there are only two end points. Division into our various parts, or unity into something called Americans who do not tolerate discrimination based on race. Where the President is going wrong on this, and other matters, is that he is normalizing the notion that we should look after “our own”. For example, in the proposed new finance bill each financial entity must demonstrate they the entity and its contractors have the correct number of each race.

  31. 31. paul_unalaska

The ‘reparations’ construct is moronic. Considering ‘reparations’ has been in play for decades/ generations.

EEO/AA, television, tabloid mags, lowered SAT & ACT standards, colleges, Section 342 of the ‘Financial Regulation Bill (i.e. MORE Government regulation), NASA and their ‘Muslim’ Outreach, etc.,

I encourage people, specifically Black people to research the origins of African slavery.

-During the Roman Empire, both Black and White people were slaves.

-During the Middle Ages, slavery amongst Muslm traders and West Africans was booming. During the Crusades Afruican slavery ceased to exist for awhile, though Arabs captured and sold European Christians as slaves during the Criusades. Estimates of more than 1 million European Christians were enslvaed by the barbary states in Africa.

-Though the Portuguese, Italians were the first Anglos to export African slaves, the Dutch were the first to export slaves to North America. Well before North America would become the USA. The slaves were exported to North America with FULL cooperation from African Kings of course.

-Who sold these African slaves to the Europeans? Black Muslim owners of course.. estimates have Africans selling ~30,000,000 million Black slaves to Europe, Arabs collectively.

-In 1860, less than 2% of the U.S. population actually OWNED SLAVES. Freed black slave masters ALSO owned slaves.

On a personal note, on the Metro train recently, 3 Black middle aged women were speaking rather loud- yenta-like. The gist of their story was ..’I've sold rock. Cause I did what I had to do’. I hear this comment a great deal from the Black population – ‘I do what I have/had to do’ often alluding to an illegal/shady action on their part.

I sorely believe the empathy given to minorities, specifically to the Black population by our Government handlers is limiting MANY Black people’s motivation, free will. JMO.

    • gracie

“Black studies” should include the basics you mention here..

Also the prisons of America are a breeding ground for hatred with black men. This needs to be changed. No gangs, no muslim crap, no nuttin….
They all get together and need to blame someone besides themselves for why they killed that guy, or sold that dope etc..and whitey comes to mind as a scapegoat..

Where is loud mouth Sharpton in this DOJ, NBP matter???? strangely quiet.
.he’s probably out gathering grease for his hair

  32. 32. Buck Rogers

Shabazz…. what th..? Sounds like some cartoon dog or something. These guys are not cartoon characters. I feel there may be a showdown coming at the Lincoln Memorial in August. I intend to be there.

    • Abi

The NBP says they will be there too..
and lookin for people like Glenn Beck…
you know the people that help Americans see what the hell their racists government is up to.

      POOF!! Shabaaaaaazz !! =/:)

  33. 33. BornFree

Bigotry is always sickening. Thank God for people like Eli and Pelaut.

    Liberal arrogance is sickening too.
Many years ago in a college sociology class focused on race relations, I had a liberal professor (who mispelled words like “Alabama” btw) who only gave As and Bs to students who convinced him he had shown them the light and caused them to turn from their bigotry. Those of us who from the outset tended to judge people by the “content of character rather than color of skin” rated Cs and Ds.

You can usually spot a person full of hatred–they are loudly accusing the object of their hatred of hate!

  34. So, finally you recognize real voter intimidation. Maybe we coulda done something earlier, if we hadn’t been distracted by the hoax claims about ACORN doing this stuff.

You only get to shout “wolf!” so many times, shepherd boy, before people stop listening.

  35. 35. joanf

Malik Zulu Shabazz, The New Black Panthers leader, openly stated on national TV {FOX NEWS}, that he would be at the Glenn Beck gathering, on August 28th 2010 in DC. He also said the NBP’S will be ready to rumble. If that isn’t a threat, then I missed something.Who does Mr Shabazz intend to rumble with? It can’t be the senior citizens or young families wheeling their kids, for this is always a peaceful group. When there is a problem it is usually caused by a hate group or person, that disagrees with them.Free speech be damned except when it comes from dissenters. I don’t recall one Tea Party member ever getting arrested for a violent act, even after the SEIU tried to bait them and then proceeded to beat up a black man for handing out Tea Party items. This was caught on film , but was ignored by the politician in power.I guess she wasn’t enamored with the Tea Party movement, so she failed to do her job. How nice! Where is the outrage from all the other TV stations and Newspapers? Thank God, for Fox news, and its great staff, for without them we would be unaware of the favoritism be carried on under our noses.Mr Shabazz’s threats, only add to the unrest in the country, and will force the DC police to beef up protection on August 28,2010, so that peaceful people do not suffer harm. What a shame!

    • abi

we listened to him on FOX..saying these things… Beck laughed it off on TV. It has to bother him
Saying they are ready to “rumble” insinuates that no matter how peaceful whitey is, the NBP is going there to start trouble.

My question is is why does no other network carry these things???..

time for the KKK to come out of hiding…I have extra sheets!!!

      • jmz

no its not time for the KKK hell thoes are just as big a dummies as the BP(hope yer being sarcastic hard to tell online). anywhoos tho I DO feel that the people should go this. I wish I could go so bad. I wish Glenn would to the bold fresh in so cal so I can see it. BUt remember fols that do go. These cowardly black panthers are lookin for any reason to riot. dont doubt that. so make sure that if you wana go, and they start some drama, make damn sure you can finish it.

  36. 36. Free Speech

United States Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia stated in the case of United States vs. Williams: “Rooted in long centuries of Anglo-American history, the Grand Jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the three branches described in the first three Articles. It is a constitutional fixture in its own right…In fact, the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional Government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people.”

It is time that Citizens utilize the 4th Branch of Government, the Citizen Grand Jury, to bring these criminals to justice.

I believe it is the belief of Muslims that it is ok to tell a lie. They are well trained in saying words that will deceive the public lies or not to forward their cause. My Bible tells me that nothing that “Maketh a lie”, will walk therein (Heaven). It is so sad to see so many that don’t give this a second thought. The day is not far off that He will return for His children and we will finally find rest for our souls. It is important to fight the good fight until that time. Even so come Lord Jesus.

    • Free Speech

The principle of Al-Takeyya The Arabic word, “Takeyya”, means “to prevent,” or guard against. The principle of Al Takeyya conveys the understanding that Muslims are permitted to lie as a preventive measure against anticipated harm to one’s self or fellow Muslims. This principle gives Muslims the liberty to lie under circumstances that they perceive as life threatening. They can even deny the faith, if they do not mean it in their hearts. Al-Takeyya is based on the following Quranic verse:

“Let not the believers Take for friends or helpers Unbelievers rather than believers: if any do that, in nothing will there be help from Allah: except by way of precaution (prevention), that ye may Guard yourselves from them (prevent them from harming you.) But Allah cautions you (To remember) Himself; for the final goal is to Allah.” Surah 3: 28

According to this verse a Muslim can pretend to befriend infidels (in violation of the teachings of Islam) and display adherence with their unbelief to prevent them from harming him.

Under the concept of Takeyya and short of killing another human being, if under the threat of force, it is legitimate for Muslims to act contrary to their faith. The following actions are acceptable:

Drink wine, abandon prayers, and skip fasting during Ramadan. Renounce belief in Allah. Kneel in homage to a deity other than Allah. Utter insincere oaths.

  40. To all law biding citizens, keep your powder dry ,your shelves stocked and your weapons clean. If this racial division is allowed to explode, which it looks like Obama and his administration are trying to do. Just think of the poor inner city people that are going to be killed because of some loud mouth black coward, talking about things he has no idea of. How things have changed racially in this country. Some people think they deserve compensation for what others have had to endure in the past. These people all so believe they are entitled to free money, homes, food, energy and anything else they want. If the black man is that stupid to go to war with the whites, he better remember that his people are concentrated in large groups in the cities, not were the power is controlled and the food grown. This would be a tragedy for all good people no matter the color of their skin. Nothing is free you have to work for what you get and nobody owes anybody anything they have not worked for!

  41. 41. Greyhawk

This is one White Cracker who view these scumbag communist buddies of Obama a threat to civil society. If this administration and other law enforecement will not put these domestic terrorists in check, somebody is going to have to do it for them. The statements made by these criminal thugs are terroristic threats to White People. He says, “We are gonna have to kill some Crackers and Their Cracker Babies.” These are Terroristic Threats and in most states, these kinds of statments are at least called “The Use of Fighting Words.” It is time for somebody to put a stop to these homegrown Thugs and Terrorists who call themselves, The New Black Panther Party. The old Black Panther Party that originated in the Communist State of California in the 1960′s even murdered Policemen in Cold Blood. This is who these folks are and Obama has given them the go ahead to do anything they want as long as his regime is in power.

  42. 42. paul_unalaska

Tempers on display, such as that of the Black Panther pinhead is evidence, for me the Black Panther name is dying off. A final roar so to speak before going to sleep.

The KKK did the same thing, albeit the ‘Klan’ marched through cities to prove their low numbers, uselessness.

There will always be dissenters in every society. I believe the best response to this little, confused man is what many passersby did. Ignore him altogether. Be aware of such morons, though responding in ANY mannerm feeds his/like minded people’s idiocy.
