Barone reports the “WPE” for Obama in Virginia is +10% in Virginia, +7% in North Carolina, and +3% in Florida… meaning his numbers are much higher in exit polls than in the actual counts from the same precincts. He also says the Pennsylvania WPE number in Pennsylvania was sufficient to call PA for The One.
