Which came first: urban poverty and decay, or decades of Democrats in charge?
KIDDING! We all know the answer to that one.
Every large American city that is an absolute dumpster fire has had Democrats in charge longer than anyone can remember. Because the Democrats have Satan-esque powers of persuasion, people keep reelecting them to fix the very messes that they created.
I'm not a knee-jerk hater of all things California like so many of my fellow conservatives. I've been in the entertainment industry for almost 40 years, and I lived in Los Angeles for almost 25. I call it my second hometown. However, the Los Angeles I loved and present-day Los Angeles aren't the same.
Kevin hails from Detroit, so he is painfully familiar with the damage that hegemonic Democratic rule can do. We're both sick of — and sickened by — what's going on in blue cities. We're sharing all of our thoughts with you, dear listeners. As always, we try to make the heavy stuff fun. Somebody has to do it.
