White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest repeated the company line about “lone wolf” attacks which becomes more insulting and potentially dangerous with each horrific terrorism incident. The longer various world leaders remain committed to not admitting what the common thread is, the stronger that thread gets and more people will die.
