Ben Carson Says He's 'Not a Big Fan' of His Own Cabinet Department

Dr. Ben Carson is now secretary of Housing and Urban Development, but he still says things like this: “It’s a bureaucracy. And I’m not a big fan of bureaucracy.” So, he’s basically saying that, though he leads a federal department, he still doesn’t like government. Tough words from someone who once sought the presidency. He said, “Bureaucrats are people who think the rules are more important than the goals.”
