Joe Biden’s wandering hands and obsessive sniffing habits just cannot be curbed, it seems. Even after he admitted that his actions (obsessively smelling the heads of small children and grabbing and kissing people who didn’t ask to be kissed) is creepy and weird and he vowed to stop it, he apparently can’t. Here he is on the campaign trail, weirding out other people’s kids.

Why do people let their kids get within arm’s reach of this creep? I don’t get it. Let’s all remember how uncomfortable he makes children and women and anyone else unlucky enough to be in a photo op with him. Ick.
