A Judge Threw This Drunk Driver's Mother in Jail for Snickering in the Courtroom

Her 25-year-old daughter killed a man in a drunk driving head-on collision, and Donna Kosal actually laughed at the man’s family’s testimony. The judge in the Wayne County, MI, courtroom, Qiana Lillard, wasn’t having it and, after calling the mother a “clown,” said, “Your disruptive and disrespectful behavior disrupted today’s proceedings… and you, ma’am, are going to the Wayne County Jail for 93 days.”
