Sony Declares Thumb War, Launches New PSP In Japan To Battle Nintendo DS

In a battle for thumbs, Sony has announced it will release a new model of its PlayStation portable PSP 3000 which launched in August. With an advanced LCD that claims to be better for outdoor use, Sony hopes to make continuing inroads in the space, challenging Nintendo’s market-leading DS.
