Far-left comic Kathy Griffin managed to slime her way back into the news cycle on Wednesday after she viciously lashed out at Ivanka Trump on Twitter.
The first daughter’s offense? In a sympathetic tweet referencing designer Kate Spade’s suicide, she urged people struggling with depression to seek help.
Kate Spade’s tragic passing is a painful reminder that we never truly know another’s pain or the burden they carry. If you are struggling with depression and contemplating suicide, please, please seek help. https://t.co/eruSexNoGj

Filled with an unfathomable hate for the Trumps, Griffin posted the following tweets, echoing Samantha Bee’s vulgar joke calling Ms. Trump a “feckless c*nt” during her “Full Frontal” show last week.
You're all talk feckless, you're all talk. https://t.co/TksB1wbFbK

If someone is feckless does that mean they have no feck? So when it comes to Ivanka can I say she's all talk and no feck? #Feckless

Griffin’s anti-Ivanka tweets play well with a particularly unhinged subset of the resistance crowd who display pathological hatred and jealousy on social media and in comment sections whenever Ivanka Trump’s name comes up. The comedienne claimed that she attacked Trump because of her “hypocrisy” in bringing up suicide prevention when her father supposedly made “massive cuts to mental health care.”
No @NiceDeb I was speaking out against Feckless’ hypocrisy. She talked about suicide prevention with respect to Kate Spade and meanwhile the Trump administration has made massive cuts to mental healthcare. https://t.co/NmuKmdnUOL

She may have been alluding to President Trump’s 2019 budget proposal, introduced last February, which would have cut spending for the Mental Health Administration by $665 million and slashed funding for the National Institute of Mental Health by 30 percent.
But Congress ended up passing the $1.3 trillion omnibus spending bill which boosted health care programs by $10.1 billion, “providing increases for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and more.” It also allocated about $4 billion in additional funding to address the opioid crisis.
So her “point” is not well taken.
There was really no other reason for her to troll Ivanka other than her sick, unhinged, demonic hatred of the Trump family.
Just like there was really no reason for her to pose with the severed head of Donald Trump last year in that ghoulish photo shoot she did.

When Griffin started losing gigs over the offensive stunt, she apologized, but months later she took back her apology.
In an appearance on The View last week, Griffin reiterated that she took her apology back, saying: “F*ck him.”

In case you need confirmation that there really are two Americas, the appalling comic is launching a nationwide “come-back” tour and she will be performing to sold-out crowds.
