James Talarico, the heretical, creepy nutjob who is the Democrat in the Texas Senate race, has yet another scandal overshadowing his thoroughly scandalous campaign.
A new investigation indicates that Talarico might have broken election law by voting while using an address where he did not live in five different elections. Ironically, Talarico had made a similar accusation against Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton, but perhaps Talarico was engaging in a little projection?
This news comes after Talarico admitted to an inappropriate relationship with a staffer. The candidate also headlined a 2021 Pride Month festival where a boy who was only 11 years old performed as a drag queen. He said racism was a virus that couldn’t hurt people with white skin. Then there are all his shocking religious statements such as claiming that Islam shaped his faith as much as Christianity, quoting a Gnostic “gospel” to claim that Jesus was a feminist who supported transgender ideology, and asserting that God was “non-binary.” In short, Talarico seems to combine all the worst leftist stereotypes into his own person and opinions, so it would not be exactly shocking if he were guilty of illegal behavior in regards to elections.
The latest research comes originally from ProPublica and the Texas Tribune, which reported that Talarico has been using his parents’ home address for voting in nearly half a dozen elections, even though he bought his own house nearby, which could be in violation of Texas voting laws.

Paxton, who has spoken openly about the importance of election integrity and stamping out fraud, shared the report on Talarico’s sketchy actions and added a strong comment of his own:
James Talarico is a fraud who has zero respect for the rule of law, and it's crystal clear that he committed election fraud.

He will do anything to push his radical agenda, even if it means breaking the law. Texans deserve better. https://t.co/5yN309wtFS
The Texas Tribune reported the following details:
Talarico, unlike the attorney general, redacts his address on the Travis County voter rolls under a state law that allows some public officials to shield personal information for safety reasons. But unredacted records Talarico’s campaign provided the newsrooms show that he listed his parents’ address on his voter registration in November 2021.
He purchased a home in June 2022 but did not change his voter registration address until September 2024, the news organizations’ review of Travis County records shows. The new address is redacted, but Talarico’s campaign previously told the newsrooms that he currently lives and is registered to vote at the north Austin home he owns.
His campaign’s excuse was that unspecified “right-wing actors” had issued threats against Talarico, which made it necessary for him to be deceptive about his actual address. But Texas law requires that voters register with the address where they live.
So Talarico really is the perfect Democrat wacko, even down to apparent election fraud.
