The World Economic Forum (WEF) is eager to achieve its goal of making Westerners poorer and less free, and it has several urgent recommendations for the European Union (EU) that will do just that.
From subsidized “renewable” energy to supporting the harmful EU Green Deal to ending “fossil fuel” subsidies to digitalizing regulation, the WEF has all kinds of ideas for turning the EU into an Orwellian disaster. WEF aims to lower the standard of living for first world countries’ citizens, and its favorite excuse for doing so is the unscientific climate alarmist agenda.
In a March 14 piece, “5 areas the EU must focus on to meet climate targets,” the WEF used the fake “climate crisis” as an excuse for pushing harmful and oppressive policies. With extensive evidence on his side, Nobel Prize in Physics 2022 winner Dr. John Clauser recently declared, “I believe there is no climate crisis.” But climate hysteria is too useful a tool for implementing increased top-down control and decreased capitalistic prosperity for globalists to admit that reality. After all, the WEF previously envisioned a world where you “own nothing, have no privacy” and docilely submit to the powers-that-be.
For instance, in the piece, WEF advised the EU, “Policymakers could draw inspiration from Ireland's example, where carbon tax proceeds are used to support low-income households and climate funds are insulated from political shifts.” What WEF didn’t explain is that the carbon tax in Ireland is seriously damaging to such sectors as agriculture and business, not to mention affecting ordinary citizens’ pocketbooks. In other words, a carbon tax doesn’t help lower households' income overall, it hurts them. Also, all living things need carbon to survive. Taxing carbon is like taxing life.

Or take suggestion four from WEF: “Increase the efficiency of regulations using digital tools.” WEF wants to “speed the development and deployment of renewable energy across Europe” using “digital mechanisms.” As if increased regulation were a positive solution! One main issue with digitalizing everything is that whoever controls the digital tools can manipulate and misuse everything. More concretely, the push for renewable energy — mentioned repeatedly in the WEF piece — is a scam.
Solar panels, wind turbines, and other renewables are unreliable, inefficient, and toxic for the environment. They kill thousands of birds, take up massive amounts of land (including farmland), necessitate killing millions of trees, rely on abusive child labor and toxic waste-generating mining for the necessary rare earths, and cannot provide enough power for society as we know it.
In fact, it is quite ironic that WEF urged the EU to “Speed up the electrification of the economy” using “renewables-based electricity.” Renewables cannot match the current output of “fossil fuels” (which are actually not from fossils). It is pure ideology to pretend that they can.
The climate narrative is a fraud, but it does allow the elites to seize huge amounts of farmland, tax carbon which is actually necessary and helpful for all life, money launder, and increase government power. WEF isn’t trying to save the environment, it it trying to institutionalize Marxist, anti-freedom depopulation ideology. The WEF mourned, “there is growing antipathy toward the climate agenda, which in turn contributes to a loss of trust in our institutions.” That’s because the fraud is exposed, the corruption visible for all to see. We must reject WEF’s lies, or we will pay a heavy price.
