Karine Jean-Pierre goes nuclear on critics of her special snowflake status: ‘Screw you!’
Playing to the only strengths she has, which are her fortuitous immutable characteristics — queer, immigrant, BIPOC woman — Karine Jean-Pierre, probably under the advisement of PR, has worked very hard to craft an image of an Obama-esque, unassuming, chipper progressive do-gooder mascot for Team Social Justice™, as these entirely superficial traits devoid of any substance are what attract liberal voters like catnip.
But, according to numerous reports from Biden administration insiders whispering to the media — annoyed by the brutal combination of her incompetence and wildly delusional self-confidence, among other unbecoming character traits — behind the scenes, when the cameras are off, Karine is actually a passive-aggressive diva.
(For instance, when the administration made the wise decision to have John Kirby do the foreign policy/national security portion of the press briefings, recognizing that Karine Jean-Pierre was a total moron who probably couldn’t locate China on a map, she turned it into a territorial pissing match. All smiles for the camera and the long knives out backstage.)

Possibly exasperated by the brutal coverage she’s gotten for her silly book tour — even from the liberal establishment media she’s so used to being extolled by, which has no further use for her — the mask slipped recently. All of that fake aww-shucks plucky earnestness went out the window as we got a glimpse into the true darkness within.

The irony is surely lost on Karine that she feels outraged about criticism of her intersectional identity as a black immigrant lesbian when she has made that the cornerstone of every interview she’s done in recent history to try to hawk the book she had someone else write and then slapped her name on.
What else could anyone criticize her for when nothing of substance ever escapes her lips and literally every other sentence pertains to her marginalized identity, when that identity is the default fallback response whenever she’s pressed on her and her former boss’s horrible record of governance?

In similar news, the professional wine moms at The View are still helping another identity box-checker extraordinaire and Biden administration DEI hire, Kamala Harris, promulgate the narrative that her election humiliation was the result not of her own nearly unparalleled repulsiveness as a politician and a human being but, of course, on racism and sexism.

Joy Behar, though, high on the estrogen overdose emanating from the crowd, couldn’t help herself: “Racism and sexism, those are the reasons you really lost.”
I’m sure having her surrogates make the case instead of her doing it herself is a deliberate strategy, in that going around claiming herself that she lost because she’s a black woman would look more like sour grapes than laundering the narrative through her lackeys in corporate state media.
Still, in the Golden Age, that dog don’t hunt no more.
