Eric Holder’s Soros-Sponsored Police Sensitivity ‘Training’

Your money went to the radical Institute on Race and Justice.

The vice president’s Boeing 757 delivered Eric Holder to St. Louis yesterday. In Ferguson, Holder announced that he was “a black man” and therefore had the power to heal Ferguson in ways that no other law enforcement official could. Yet his comments were sure to throw gasoline on fire burning hot with racial division.

That shouldn’t shock anyone. It’s the community organizing model of running the Justice Department. What is shocking is who is fueling the Justice Department’s “training” of police departments around the country: radicals, communist-affiliated organizations, and George Soros. I stumbled across this section of my book Injustice this morning. It notes:

A stable of academics serving as paid consultants help to fuel the DOJ’s fixation on racial profiling by the police. One such consultant, Dr. Jack McDevitt of Northeastern University, heads the Institute on Race and Justice (IRJ). Past collaborators with the IRJ include Angela Davis, a former member of both the Communist Party USA and the original Black Panther Party. The IRJ receives at least $440,448 in DOJ funds to teach department lawyers about racial profiling by police departments. But the IRJ’s reports on this issue have another deep pocket benefactor—George Soros and his Open Society Institute. Soros sponsored the IRJ’s project “Confronting Racial Profiling in the 21st Century: Implications for Racial Justice,” the very same work that IRJ is doing for the DOJ. Thus, police departments are subjected not only to DOJ muscle, but DOJ muscle with the financial backing of George Soros.

The DOJ training is basically sensitivity training for local cops. It is DOJ’s way to let them know what is and is not acceptable in Washington, D.C. If you behave in a way DOJ does not approve of, expect a visit from the Civil Rights Division.

But police training with even one degree of separation from Angela Davis is totally unacceptable. She is the perhaps the most toxic symbol of radical, violent, murderous opposition to the police and the legal system. In a sane government, the Justice Department wouldn’t have anything to do with any organization that has anything to do with her. But under Eric Holder, at least half a million dollars of your money goes to an organization she has collaborated with.

Christian Adams reporting on the Justice Department hiring has not been understood by enough people. The election of Barack Obama has facilitated the federal government being staffed by people whose expertise is basically idealogical conformity placed in the service of personal economic gain.

Identity groups, environmental advocates, and preferential treatment lawyers have simply taken over the job of implementing the policies administered by the executive branch. This has been seen most clearly in such insanity as "Fast and Furious", blind opposition to the coal industry, vacillating on the building of the pipeline, and what may be the worst is the commitment of the various civil rights divisions of the government that are now interpreting the protections of the Constitution and the civil rights laws to mean servicing the interests of favored minorities.

Anyone who works in the academic environment and has an open mind has seen the governance of universities largely taken over by the same constellation of interest groups. Their behavior is directed at making sure that their friends control the reward systems whether or not it contributes to the educational mission of the universities. It is a tragedy for the country and with the accession to power of Obama, a similar thing is happening to the federal government.

This is a problem that would exist even without the complicity of the president and it will haunt the country for years to come.

She wasn't just a member of the CPUSA; she was on its presidential ticket with Gus Hall in 1980.

I attended "sensitivity training as a cop in Portland Oregon. First a native American told us that the Mexicans who were really native peoples were going to take back the southwestern US. Then a Lesbian attorney taught us how to have safe oral sex through a dental dam. Then a Vietnamese attorney told us when a woman from a southeast Asian family called to report abuse by her husband we needed to ask the husband if it was alright to talk to the victim and family witnesses because he was the head of the family. In my experience sensitivity training is propaganda by peoples who don't want to become part of the American tradition but want all the advantages of living here.

Holder: Leading the Racial Rush to Judgment [http://www.dianawest.net/Home/tabid/36/EntryId/2894/Holder-Leading-the-Racial-Rush-to-Judgment.aspx]

Diana West: "Take Eric H. Holder Jr., Columbia College Class of 1973, Columbia Law School Class of 1976, now into his sixth year as U.S. attorney general of the Obama Imperium. The man really wants us to think he is not also “the man.” Yes, he is “the attorney general of the United States,” as Holder told a group of St. Louis Community College students in Ferguson, Missouri, this week. “But I am also a black man.”

Holder took himself to Ferguson to spur the federal civil rights probe by more than 40 FBI agents [Gestapo] into the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown, who was black, by 28-year-old police officer Darren Wilson, who is white. As the justice chief declared at local FBI headquarters: “We’re looking for possible violations of federal civil rights statutes.” Obviously, Holder left those scales of impartiality at home. Not that he would need them in Missouri, where Democratic Gov. Jay Nixon announced “a vigorous prosecution must now be pursued,” presumably of police officer Wilson. Even the dark suits and American flags fail to obscure the 21st-century lynch mob at work.

According to the snap judgment of federal and state authorities, Wilson shot the 6-foot-4, 292-pound man multiple times for “racist” reasons. The other story out there gathering reportorial mass is that Wilson fired as Brown charged him after having beaten Wilson to the point of fracturing his orbital socket and rendering the six-year veteran cop nearly unconscious – but, heavens, don’t let what’s quaintly known as the judicial process function unimpeded to ascertain the facts. Keep that media circus going because the nation’s top cop is ringmaster."

Clearly there is not a dimes worth of difference between Barack Obama, Eric Holder and Jay Nixon on the one hand and the Gestapo and the KKK on the other.

Since the 1960's, the Democrat Party, along with the "Civil Rights" leaders, have become the purveyors of ethno-racial tribalism. And I don't see any light at the end of the tunnel because, sadly, it has been a very successful strategy for many decades. Things are only going to get worse before they get better.

These people look at a pre-school playground and see a platform to exploit for redistribution and a vehicle to pay off their cronies and destroy their opponents.

Every aspect of life is a weapon to increase their own power and seal it for perpetuity.

It's a prism on life that normal people don't have the capability to understand, any more than we can understand what motivates mass murderers.

You can't work with them. We have to defeat them and force them back into the sewers, even knowing that they will crawl back out the moment we let our guard down.

Jack McDevitt has made a truckload of cash cynically orchestrating the dismantling of equality before the law by inventing an entirely fake science of "detecting hate crimes."

He's one of the three go-to "academic experts" (the others being the objectively more embarrassing James Allen Fox and Jack Levin) whenever the question is raised: "And why isn't that crime a hate crime, again? Oh, the victim is a white person or a woman? Ten women? Five whites, singled out by a shooter? Twenty women raped and hacked to death? Well, of course that isn't hate. We have science proof."

Dirtbags. And we pay for this toxic garbage, first for them to manufacture it, then in the wages of social disintegration.

Why in hel was this comment reported? A mistake, I hope.

Anyway, J. Christian Adams has reported yet another outrage that the Republican primary voters of Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, and Nevada will probably gloss right over in their assessment of hairlines and ag subsidies.

Do you think George W. Bush would have stopped something like this? He kept Clinton's lawyers and appointed that grinning idiot Alberto Gonzalez? I wonder.

The only person in politics whom I would trust to CRUSH this anti-American wing of the DOJ is Sarah Palin. Hah, I'm a pro-choice atheist, and she is the only politician who has never let me down.
