Back in D.C. after her time at Oprah’s house in Hawaii, Michelle Obama turned 50 today and will celebrate with a ‘Snacks & Sips & Dancing & Dessert’ White House party on Saturday night. Guests were told to wear shoes comfy enough to dance all night, and eat dinner before coming and not expect to be fed enough to constitute a meal. The guest list is being kept hush-hush but the rumor is Beyonce may perform.

If you want to sign the first lady’s birthday card, head on over to Organizing for America.

AARP is a senior citizens' advocacy organization as AFLAC is a duck's rights advocacy organization. At least AFLAC has the decency not to claim tax-deductible status.
