Separated Drowned at Birth?

When I first saw this picture of Al Gore on Drudge this afternoon, my first thought was, “Since when did Rip Torn wear such cheap suits?” Then I realized that’s hardly fair to Mr. Torn, and even less so to cheap suits.

Still, Gore looks like somebody in that shot — I just can’t figure out who.
