This is the most un-American thing from a politician since Joe McCarthy. If anybody was looking for an off-ramp, this is probably it. There’ll come a time when the love of country will trump hatred of Hillary.

Of course Lindsey Graham is a RINO extraordinaire, but for once he’s actually right. Trump’s bigotry and the obvious racism of his most vocal and loyal supporters will have an enormously negative impact on the Republican Party if GOP leaders don’t distance themselves from him. It’s a time of choosing: continue to support The Donald and own every single one of his bigoted statements, or get out while they still can. There are no other options left on the table.
