Developing: Union protesters take over WI capitol, blocking vote on budget repair bill

Fox is reporting this now. Apparently the union protesters are occupying the Wisconsin capitol building to block an 11 AM vote in the Assembly, on the bill that the state Senate passed last night.

That vote broke out the government union reforms from the fiscal aspects of the overall budget bill, in order to allow for a Senate vote without the quorum that the Wisconsin constitution requires for fiscal matters. Democrats in the Senate fled the state to deny that quorum. Now their union allies are blocking the vote yet again.
