Pence: 'The Era of Budget Cuts of the Armed Forces of the United States Is Over'

Vice President Pence cited a decrease in funding for the military during the Obama years, and said there’s been a depletion of combat readiness. But he told the Naval Academy graduating class that “the era of budget cuts of the Armed Forces of the United States is over.” He got a lot of applause after telling them that they were going to have the resources they need to succeed finally. What a concept!
