When it was announced last weekend that billionaire Jeffrey Epstein had finally been arrested after years of gossip about his alleged abuse and trafficking of young women (and even girls), leftists immediately took to Twitter claiming that this meant great trouble for President Trump. After all, they said, he had praised Epstein back in 2003, saying they both shared a love for beautiful women. Uh-oh.

Well, in the days since then, it has become increasingly clear that if there’s anybody who should be worried, it’s former President Bill Clinton. Not Trump. Clinton is the one who flew on Epstein’s private plane, dubbed “The Lolita Express,” and who — at least according to some witnesses — actually visited Epstein’s private island. The nickname of that island? Orgy Island.

I kid you not.

A few years ago, then-businessman Trump said that although he had gotten along with Epstein for a while, they eventually had a falling out. About what? He didn’t say. But it was clear that he and Epstein were pals no more.

Well, we can now guess what the falling out was all about:

“Trump allegedly banned Epstein from his Maralago Club in West Palm Beach because Epstein sexually assaulted a girl at the club,” according to the papers, filed in the Sunshine State as part of an ongoing legal battle between Epstein and Bradley Edwards, who represented many of Epstein’s underage accusers in civil suits against him.

When it was reported that Epstein was arrested this last weekend, Trump had this to say:

“I knew him like everybody in Palm Beach knew him. I had a falling out a long time ago, I’d say maybe 15 years. I was not a fan of his, that I can tell you.”

It now seems that the president was telling the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. This in stark contrast to Bill Clinton, of whom — it was reported — Epstein may have incriminating photos of one kind or another (guess which).
