Somebody set us up the bomb

This story is not going as planned. The “bombs” were more like stage props or movie bombs and not intended to actually detonate. Have authorities actually blown up one of those “bombs”? Nope.

None of the devices have so far exploded on their own, and investigators have been trying to determine whether any were even capable of detonating. Striking a note of caution, the New York City police commissioner, James P. O’Neill, said at a news conference that the packages contained “live devices” that should be “treated with the utmost seriousness.”

Right. These pseudo-bombs, coupled with the clumsy “targeting” of lefty political celebrities and washed-up politicians, make me think this was done by someone really, really dumb or a leftist who thinks that it’s an October surprise to turn the narrative to Trump’s “violence.”

And let’s talk about “violence.” Violence is not criticizing media for making sh!t up, it’s not criticizing policies, it’s not sharing your opinion or giving a speech. Violence is physical. If Trump is encouraging violence by smack talking Acosta and his merry band of jesters at CNN, then CNN is has been “violent” to Republicans for as long as I can remember, calling us racists, sexists, homophobes, etc.

Authorities believe all the “bombs” were sent through the mail, so the investigation is focusing on the post offices in Florida and on the cell towers surrounding the post offices.

Caravan of love — Trump considering closing down the border

According to reports, President Trump is looking at an executive order that would completely shut down the border.

Trump is weighing an executive order that would deny the immigrant caravan — which is about 900 miles away from the border — an opportunity to apply for asylum once they arrive, according to The Washington Post.

The additional troops would be expected to assist security operations in the region. Thousands of National Guard troops have been deployed there since April.

The migrant group seeking asylum has reportedly dwindled to about 2,000 people.

President Trump tweeted a message to the caravan:
