VIDEO: Trump Brushes Dandruff Off French President Macron's Shoulder

In what the UK Independent called “a bizarre and awkward moment,” President Trump made a point of brushing dandruff off of French President Macron’s shoulder in front of the White House press pool today.

So what’s it all about?

Liberals, of course, are melting down over the odd moment, but I suspect it was part of a private joke between the two.

Macron was clearly amused, laughing at the president’s goofy antics. He later told reporters that Trump’s gesture “wasn’t innocent,” but declined to say anything more.
