It's hard to describe Joe Biden's presidency as anything other than a disaster. The economy struggles with inflation, high gas prices, stagnant wages, and concerns of a looming recession. Additionally, Biden's policies have made us less safe. His border crisis has helped contribute to an increase in crime, as well as the infiltration of terrorist threats into our nation. His foreign policy record fares no better. I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say it's been a dumpster fire.
His botched withdrawal from Afghanistan not only resulted in the deaths of American service members, but also in the Taliban taking over the country. Despite claiming that Russian President Vladimir Putin feared him and didn't want him president, Putin invaded Ukraine, prompting Biden to send them billions of dollars in financial and military aid. Now his administration is entertaining the idea of bringing Ukraine into NATO, which would not only antagonize Russia further, but inevitably lead to a new world war.
Biden also restored the Obama-era appeasement of Iran, brining them closer to a nuclear weapon and enabling them to wreak havoc in the region. The Iran-backed Houthi terrorists attacked ships in the Red Sea, disrupting global trade, and Iran-backed Hamas attacked Israel. Despite publicly supporting Israel, he's done everything to undermine them, including calling for a ceasefire in order to appease the antisemitic wing of the Democratic Party and potentially save his chances of reelection.

Some of his mistakes have been accidental and potentially disastrous. Last year, over the course of just a few days, Biden suggested that NATO would use chemical weapons against Russia, told U.S. troops they were going to Ukraine, and inadvertently called for regime change in Russia. His gaffes forced the White House to correct him quickly, but they reflected a president who clearly doesn't understand what's happening much of the time or the gravity of his words. His off-script efforts to appear tough and in control have nearly gotten us into World War III.
Meanwhile, Biden's weakness on the world stage has undermined the authority of the United States. Joe Biden warned Chinese President Xi Jinping to lay off Taiwan, and Xi told him to pound sand. This week, Biden warned Iran not to attack Israel. Iran responded by launching a massive aerial assault while Biden was on vacation. Do our nation's enemies fear and respect Joe Biden? No, they don't. And Saturday's attack on Israel by Iran was the latest example of how Biden's impotence on the world stage has made our allies and our country less safe.
Joe Biden's policies brought us to this point. He appeases our enemies while turning his back on our allies. After Donald Trump achieved unprecedented peace in the Middle East, Joe Biden laid the foundation for war. He signaled to Israel's enemies that the United States didn't have Israel's back, prompting Iran to launch its first ever attack on Israel from its own territory. Even now, Biden is appeasing Iran by calling on Israel not to respond to Iran's attacks.
We had peace under Donald Trump, and it only took three years for Joe Biden to destroy it. Hopefully we can avoid World War III, but sadly, I don't think Joe Biden is the one who can prevent it.
