Good Wednesday morning.
Here is what’s on the president’s agenda today.
- The president receives his intelligence briefing
There were some elections yesterday
ABC News has a rundown.
Notable results: #metoo candidate Keith Ellison won his race. “Somali-born hijab-wearing refugee” Ilhan Omar won the MN-5 Democrat primary and in Vermont, Christine Hallquist, a transgender candidate, won the Democrat nomination for governor. Also notable, Tim Pawlenty lost his primary to a more Trump-friendly candidate. Obviously, all these results are a referendum on Trump.

Omarosa vomits and vomits and vomits all over the media
I cannot imagine a more unreliable source on the planet that Omarosa hyphen-name “telling all” about the inner workings of the Trump administration. She’s selling some book o’secrets about her year-long “job” in the White House and the media idiots are more than happy to give this opportunist a giant national platform to belch up her fables. The media’s sudden interest in Omarosa reminds me of the Susan Rice phenomena where the media continues to put the confirmed liar on television after she straight up lied to America and the idiot media about Benghazi. It’s a real head-scratcher. After all, Rice lied to the media too, but she’s still someone they put on their propaganda shows.
So now Omarosa is quacking out all kinds of wacky claims, each one worthy of headlines and TV time. Among her greatest hits: Trump’s a racist, Trump’s a sexist, Trump has a coke problem, Trump/Don Jr. knew about the WikiLeaks emails before they were made public, Melania is going to divorce Trump after he leaves office, and on and on. Conversely, the media doesn’t care that Omarosa was apparently taping everyone she spoke with in the WH or brought a recording device into the Situation Room. No big whoop. And the media doesn’t care that Omarosa appeared on their platforms shortly after she left her “job” and said nothing like what she is saying now. I don’t know about you, but I don’t care.
Trump called Omarosa a dog on Twitter and everyone has the vapors now because she’s a woman and because she’s black. Right, because Trump never calls old white guys names on Twitter.
Anyway, the Trump campaign is suing Omarosa for violating a non-disclosure agreement.
Unfortunately, she will not be silenced. So buckle up.

Report: Priests molested over 1000 children
Hundreds of Roman Catholic priests in Pennsylvania molested more than 1,000 children — and possibly many more — since the 1940s, and senior church officials, including a man who is now the archbishop of Washington, D.C., systematically covered up the abuse, according to a grand jury report released Tuesday.
“Priests were raping little boys and girls, and the men of God who were responsible for them not only did nothing. They hid it all,” Attorney General Josh Shapiro said.
The statute of limitations has run out on most of these cases so there’s no possibility for criminal charges to be brought. More than 100 of the alleged abuser priests are dead and others are retired or were dismissed.
Church officials “routinely and purposefully described the abuse as horseplay and wrestling” and simply “inappropriate conduct,” Shapiro said.
“It was none of those things. It was child sexual abuse, including rape,” he said.
The grand jury accused Cardinal Donald Wuerl, who leads the Washington archdiocese, of helping to protect abusive priests when he was Pittsburgh’s bishop. Wuerl, who led the Pittsburgh diocese from 1988 to 2006, disputed the allegations.
Read the whole thing. It’s chilling.
