Eat Organic and Die

As a foe of organic farming–it takes too much labor and land and adds nothing to nutrition—–I  must say I find it ironic that the Germans now believe they have evidence that the fatal E Coli outbreak was occasioned by organically grown vegetable sprouts. On the other hand if paying more to have your food grown in rotted  dung versus chemical fertilizers is your thing, be my guest.
