Iran’s “president” assured American media that his regime is not seeking a nuclear weapon or trying to kill U.S. officials. Not too long ago, Iran's top military commander said the exact opposite. Furthermore, the regime has a bounty on Donald Trump‘s head. And given that the Islamic religion has a principle endorsing lies to infidels for the purpose of jihad (taqiyya), I’m going to say the president is lying. The problem is that a bunch of gullible Westerners will believe him.

First of all, let me observe that it is absolutely insane that American officials are allowing any Iranian leaders to travel here right now and tour media outlets in America. There should be an absolute ban on all the Tehran terrorists. We need to get serious about winning this war because the Iranian regime is very serious about “death to America.” The supreme leader was just threatening Israel and mocking America again. If only one side is determined and devoted in a conflict, the determined side will win. Also, the Iranian regime currently has a massive bounty on Donald Trump‘s head, so why would we let regime affiliates close to Trump and other officials at the UN?

Now on to the main point of this article. The Middle East Media Research Institute highlighted Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian’s assertion to Fox News and CBS that the Iranian regime is not out for the blood of any American officials, nor hoping to reach nuclear capabilities. The fact that he would even bother to make this claim, given for how many years Iranian leaders from the late Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on down have been threatening assassination against Trump, and how many assassination plots Feds have identified in the United States, shows how much Pezeshkian despises our media.

Israel, of course, had to be the one to reveal the August comment from Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Commander-in-Chief Ahmad Vahidi, “As long as the United States and Israel possess nuclear weapons, we will continue working on them for our national security. If they disarm, we will disarm.”

But what Pezeshkian says in America and what he would say back home in Iran with Vahidi are two different things. There is a reason that the IRGC is urging Americans to vote Democrat. Pezeshkian is trying to undermine the Trump administration‘s reason for striking Iran just before the midterms. He sees the truth as no restriction on what he says to the enemy.

Just last year, the Iranian Parliament was threatening to bring nuclear consequences to America. Whether it any longer has a capability to do so at this time is not the point. The point is that these people are willing to spend decades on their revenge. As recently as September 27, an Iranian Armed Forces spokesman was claiming the regime will kill Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, according to MEMRI.

Just as the Iranian regime has already spent half a century killing Americans, it plans to spend as many more half centuries as are necessary to establish the global caliphate.
