As the Iranian regime continues to violate terms of a deal that the United States has been trying to solidify, a representative of the regime proudly boasted to the United Nations about the alliance with terrorist group Hezbollah.
Originally, the Iranian regime was supposed to promise to stop funding terrorist groups for any peace deal, although the current memorandum of understanding does not include that restriction. If it did, the ayatollahs would not accept it. They believe their primary mission in life is to wage global jihad in order to trigger the coming of the Islamic messiah, the Mahdi.
The UN, which employs countless Hamas terrorists and placed Iran’s representatives on multiple committees, of course isn't going to condemn the regime representative's comments. But the U.S. should do so.
I have one simple question:

If the UN can publish endless “deeply concerned” reports about Gaza — many of them built on lies — where are the reports about the massacre of Iranian civilians, when in one single night more people were killed than in two years of war in Gaza? pic.twitter.com/D3EumSCdt7
The official regime account “IRAN in Geneva” posted on X June 23 about its Ambassador Ali Bahreini responding to a reporter. “Hezbollah has its own independent identity and existence. It is a Lebanese movement that belongs to the Lebanese people and makes its own decisions,” Bahreini pontificated, ignoring the fact that an increasing number of Lebanese citizens and officials want the terrorist group gone. Hezbollah is a movement of radical Islamists happy to be Tehran's proxies; it's not a movement that belongs to the Lebanese people. In fact, Hezbollah constantly uses Lebanese civilians as human shields.
In spite of all that, Bahreini continued, "Iran does not issue orders to Hezbollah, nor does Hezbollah take instructions from Iran. At the same time, Hezbollah is our proud ally. We also honor the sacrifices made by Hezbollah who bravely supported Iran and pay tribute to Lebanese martyrs who gave their lives during the Israeli- American aggression against their country." Note how he refers to America and Israel.

It is nonsense to say that Hezbollah doesn't take any orders from the Iranian mullahs, but you understand the main thrust of Bahreini's comment, which is that Iran's regime not only stands by its alliance with Hezbollah but is proudly boasting at the UN and across social media about that alliance.
Not only that, but Bahreini rejected the U.S. plan to have the Strait of Hormuz be open without any tolls to the murderous mullahs. "Traffic arrangements in the Strait of Hormuz will not return to their pre-war status," he insisted. "We have established a new framework for managing the Strait of Hormuz, and decisions regarding this matter will be made exclusively by Iran and Oman."
Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad-Baquer "Death to America" Ghalibaf (or Qalibaf), one of the main "peace deal" mediators, was also posting June 21 on X, per a translation on X Community Notes, "Don’t they realize that if their threats worked, they wouldn’t be this desperate now? We don’t count on U.S. threats. They’d better watch their words—our armed forces are ready to respond differently. Whatever they say, we’re the ones who act." This was in reaction to President Donald Trump's angry condemnation after the Iranians made clear once again they weren't willing to live up to any provisions limiting their consuming passion of jihad. The mayor of Tehran says that this conflict was round one with the "great Satan" America, to be followed after a respite by round two and Iranian victory. The Tehran terrorists haven’t changed.
