Chinese Communist Party dictator Xi Jinping is pretending that he honors and respects women of all ethnicities for International Women’s Day. But the hideous reality is that the CCP has been and is torturing and exploiting millions of women.
From the massacres of Mao Zedong to the forced abortions and sterilizations of the one-child policy to the current Uyghur genocide, political and religious persecution, sex trafficking, and widespread sexual abuse, China under the CCP has been brutalizing women for more than a century. As usual, Xi’s propaganda for International Women’s Day is mere empty words.
CCP state propaganda outlet Xinhua reported:
Chinese President Xi Jinping on Thursday extended festive greetings and best wishes to the country's women of all ethnic groups and from all walks of life ahead of International Women's Day, which falls on March 8.
The CCP’s internment camps for Uyghurs as part of the ethnic genocide are the scene of egregious crimes against humanity. Women who managed to survive and escape have testified to forced sterilization, sexual assault, sexual torture, and rape.
Uzbek Qelbinur Sidik, who was forced to reeducate Uyghur women, testified before the U.S. Congress on all these realities. Below is part of her testimony as published on The Daily Signal:
[She said] her students would be called from her classroom for interrogation. Because the interrogation rooms were located near the classrooms, she would hear ‘horrible screaming sound from torture.’ … Every Monday, Sidik recalls that female prisoners were given an unknown medicine. ‘After they take that, those medicines [then] the period will stop,’ she said. ‘Even some woman who were breastfeeding the babies, the breast milk will stop after taking that medicine.’
Unfortunately, Uyghur women are not the only ones whom the CCP has sterilized forcibly. The CCP practiced forced abortions and sterilizations of Chinese women under the "one-child policy" for a long time. An estimated 400 million children fell victim to the policy, leading some experts to estimate the CCP has killed some 500 million people in all since it first came into existence.

Sidik’s testimony to Congress continued:
Sidik said in her written testimony that while working at an all women ‘center,’ that sometimes, when the women ‘would come to class, I could tell [by] how they walked with difficulty or were sobbing that they had been sexually abused.’
The police working in the camps were ‘raping women but also inserting batons, even electric ones, into their private parts and even men’s rectums,’ Sidik said.
Sex trafficking is also a massive problem in Communist China. Indeed, China reportedly has the highest number of prostitutes in the world, a trade worth billions of dollars.
Both Chinese women and foreign women and girls brought or bought from other nations are trafficked, and CCP officials are often involved. Of course, the CCP partly created this crisis anyway with the one child policy, which, along with deeply entrenched sexism, has left millions of Chinese men without any women to marry. But it is also true that tyrannical, atheistic countries habitually exploit the vulnerable and the innocent for their own profit and pleasure. Yeonmi Park, the North Korean defector who is now an activist in America, was a sex slave in China when she was young, a victim of this cruel system.
Xi can spare us the virtue-signaling. His regime has been a catastrophe for women.
