New York City reportedly has more than 58,000 criminal illegal aliens at large. Yet NYC is also where the Biden-Harris administration is launching a new app program before Trump takes office, to ensure even more illegals can be in America with little to no paper trail.
With over 660,000 criminal illegal aliens in America and 58,000 in New York alone, it seems inconceivable that anyone would deliberately reduce the last pitiful shreds of vetting and welcome in yet more illegal aliens. Yet that’s exactly what federal and state Democrats are doing ahead of Trump’s inauguration.

As I reported earlier this month, an exclusive report from the New York Post exposed the Biden-Harris administration’s new ICE portal app that will allow migrants in NYC to skip in-person check-ins at ICE offices. With an online system that is unreliable at best and does not check users for criminal records, this new program could allow violent criminal illegals to avoid Trump administration efforts at deportation with practically no records available on who and where they are.
It is particularly disgusting that this app will be launched in New York City, where we now know — again thanks to the New York Post — that tens of thousands of illegal aliens in the Big Rotting Apple are criminals. No depth of shamelessness is too great for America-Last Democrats.
Of the 759,218 illegal-border crossers living in the Big Apple the feds were aware of as of Nov. 17, a jaw-dropping 58,626 — 7.7% — were either previously convicted of crimes or had criminal charges pending, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency data.
And of the 58,626 migrants with rap sheets, 1,053, nearly 2%, are “suspected or known gang members,” according to the agency.
Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-Staten Island/Brooklyn) slammed New York Democrats’ pro-illegal migration, soft-on-crime policies. “It’s shocking that Democrats have gone so far out of their way to harbor gang members, drug traffickers and other criminals who are in our country illegally,” she said. Democrats always prioritize foreign law-breakers over citizens. They hope illegals will provide illicit votes and cheap labor, and that’s all that matters to the elites.

To give some context on how many illegals the new app portal could allow in, another Biden administration app, CBP One, is still helping up to 1,500 illegal aliens enter the U.S. every day. The newer app is being rushed out despite “extreme issues,” which include only sharing a user’s location for seven days, and not collecting GPS data for users on laptops.
