The Israel Defense Forces (IDF0 has once again confirmed that Hamas-issued Gaza casualty numbers are inaccurate and exaggerated (go figure). Unfortunately, too many Westerners — including VP Kamala Harris — continue to tout the fake numbers.
I know you’ll be shocked, but the brutal and genocidal Hamas terrorist group lies. They have been inflating casualty numbers for years, just as everything else they say is propaganda. This is the same group that has vowed the obliteration of Israel, committed the worst day of massacre of Jews since the Holocaust, and uses its own people as human shields, all with the support of the majority of Gazans. Western leaders should immediately distrust everything Hamas says, yet our leaders’ reaction is usually to believe Hamas and to bash Israel.
The state of Israel tweeted over the weekend, as a new strike brought Hamas accusations of mass murder against Israel, “IDF: Following an initial IDF examination, the numbers published by the Office of Hamas-run Government Information Office in Gaza - are exaggerated and do not align with the information held by the IDF, the precise munitions used, and the accuracy of the strike on a Hamas terror target.”
It’s insane that Israel has to justify its military strikes on terrorists constantly. Israel’s post added, “The IDF continues to examine and calls on the media to act with caution about information released by Hamas sources, as they have been proven to be sorely unreliable in previous incidents. We emphasize that the area in question is an active war zone. The IDF is precisely operating and is doing everything possible to avoid causing harm to civilians.” In fact, the IDF will even endanger its own men to avoid hitting jihad-loving Gazans, a striking contrast to Hamas’s constant use of civilian human shields and deliberate attacks on Israeli civilians.

Disturbingly, however, it’s the Hamas talking points that Western media and leaders too often use when discussing the Israel-Hamas-Hezbollah war. There is no empathy for Israeli civilians under near-constant rocket barrages, only for the terrorists and their Muslim Arab supporters. Kamala Harris, who wanted to falsely claim credit for IDF’s recent successful strike on Oct. 7 mastermind Yahya Sinwar, is an example of such a Western liar.

Just days before IDF took out Sinwar, the Biden-Harris administration again threatened Israel with withholding arms should Israel not allow in yet more and ever more aid to Gaza. This past week, Hamas Harris agreed with a protestor using the inflated Hamas numbers to accuse Israel of genocide. Of course, the Biden-Harris administration continues to fund Hamas-run Gaza and Hezbollah-controlled Lebanon to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars. The U.S. government is literally funding the jihadis attacking Israelis, with our taxpayer money.

The United Nations, with its numerous Hamas terrorist employees and demands for Israel to surrender much of its land, is probably the most blatant partisan of Hamas in the West. The UN is continually trumpeting unreliable casualty data. But besides Jihad Joe Biden and his cackling VP, other anti-Israel Western leaders repeat the Hamas-issued statistics. French President Emmanuel Macron is suddenly pretending to support Israel, but earlier this month he was supporting the disgusting UN demands, mourning the situation in Gaza, and calling for an end to arms exports to Israel.
And, of course, we know how the leftist media like CNN and CBS News cover the Israel-Hamas war, parroting Hamas’s statistics and accusations without context or question. Protestors still fill the streets in Europe and America in support of Gazan jihadis (I saw some pro-Hamas radicals in Edinburgh, Scotland, just yesterday). The “Gaza Health Ministry” is controlled by Hamas, which either grossly exaggerates casualties or manipulates data by, for instance, counting young terrorists as “children.” Not to mention the fact that both Hamas and Hezbollah stash weapons and hide jihadis in civilian structures.
IDF is just confirming what we already know — that Hamas lies about its casualties, and that the Westerners who report the Hamas lies are either stupid or evil.
