Target nepo-babies outraged over DEI rollback
Target executives, trained and handsomely paid to run a multinational corporation with a fiduciary responsibility to stakeholders, recently saw the writing on the wall and walked back all of its most absurd DEI initiatives, which included hawking “genital-packing” underwear and “chest-binders” for Pride™ month.
On the other side of the ledger, the nepo-baby trust fund kids of Target’s founders, who have no business involvement with Target, are outraged.

Target’s change has angered some customers who say the company’s moves have given them whiplash.
In the aftermath of George Floyd’s murder, Target established an executive Racial Equity Action and Change committee, pledged to increase its Black workforce by 20% throughout the company and committed to spend more than $2 billion with Black-owned businesses by the end of 2025.
Target was honored for its “outstanding commitment to achieving Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” in 2022 by the Executive Leadership Council, a prominent organization of global Black CEOs…
Anne and Lucy Dayton, the daughters of one of Target’s co-founders, called the company’s actions “a betrayal” and said they were “shocked and dismayed” by Target’s DEI rollback in a letter published last week in the Los Angeles Times. “By cowering, Target and others are undermining the very principles that have made their companies a success,” said the daughters, who are not involved in Target.
Target also received nearly triple the number of social media posts about its DEI changes than Walmart, according to an analysis by the Social Element, a marketing firm.

So, on the one hand, you have business experts in tune with the ever-changing political and regulatory winds out of necessity, and on the other hand, you have a pair of trust fund dweebs probably educated at Oberlin.
According to CNN, these two factions carry equal weight.

While some Democrat operatives with a modicum of common sense like the Ragin’ Cajun are trying to rescue the party from the abyss, the cancerous ideologues that they have allowed to become the loudest voices in the room are doubling down.
Here is some un-flower-like Social Justice™ creature called Blossom advocating for doing away with the Paralympics and merging it with the Olympics, thereby guaranteeing no handi-capable people will ever win a medal.
Her panel opponent, a very well-adjusted-looking blonde bio-legacy woman, floated the idea as a way to illustrate the absurdity of men playing in women’s sports. She probably just intended to make a point and move on, but Blossom bit on the proposition hard.

UNREAL Delta DEI propaganda pinned to TikTok page
Generally, when one “pins” a post to the top of a social media profile, that signifies some degree of primacy; it’s so crucial that it hasn’t to permanently reside at the top of the post totem pole so that it’s the very first thing visitors see and understand about the entity.
Ergo, Delta apparently considers this girl-boss propaganda snippet vital to its public relations strategy.

Not to question the veracity of Libs of TikTok’s reporting, but I almost couldn’t believe the airline would be so tone-deaf to pin this to the top of its TikTok page.
Alas, as of February 22nd, there it was, right at the top.
