I covered last week the propaganda blitzkrieg by the Scarf Lady, former Planned Parenthood Director and current Public Health™ Chinese bioterrorist, Leana Wen, and others of their ilk calling on President Biden — or, at least, whoever actually runs the White House — to release government cash money to counter the bird flu pandemic that they promise is on the way.
The president’s handlers heard the call, and as a result over $300 million is being pilfered as we speak from the public treasury for more testing, surveillance, and “additional research into potential medical countermeasures for H5N1” — and all of this is on top of the millions of bird flu “vaccines” (mRNA shots) HHS ordered earlier this year even though they haven’t even been approved for commercial distribution yet.
(But they might be before Biden leaves office.)

Today, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced it would award $306 million dollars to continue its H5N1 Avian Flu response. While CDC’s assessment of the risk of avian influenza to the general public remains low, USDA and HHS continue to closely collaborate with Federal, State, local, industry and other stakeholders to protect human health, animal health, and food safety…
CDC will award approximately $111 million in funding for additional enhancements to our ability to monitor H5N1 at the local, state and national levels:
- $103 million to jurisdictions for increased monitoring of individuals exposed to infected animals, testing, and outreach to high-risk populations (such as livestock workers)
- $8 million to manufacture, store, and distribute additional influenza diagnostic test kits for virologic surveillance
NIH will award approximately $11 million in funding for additional research into potential medical countermeasures for H5N1:
- $11 million to the Centers for Excellence for Influenza Research and Response contracts
What’s going on here is that the Public Health™ authorities are bitter they haven’t been able to gin up maximum terror in the public because mass-scale PCR testing (a proven scam) hasn’t been deployed to regularly screen every piece of livestock and ranch worker they can get their hands on.
Now they’re going to get that opportunity with hundreds of millions of dollars appropriated to exactly that cause.
That’s an awful lot of money for a non-emergency that, in its own press release, the department acknowledges the risk of is low, as we haven’t even seen human-to-human transmission, which would be necessary to justify declaring a population-wide Public Health™ emergency.
It’s also a substantial gift to industry and bureaucrats that’s just going to be clawed back less than two weeks from now, come January 20 — assuming RFK Jr. is who he says he is. There is zero justification for handing over testing kits for a virus that doesn’t even transmit between humans, that anyone with any sense understands is going to be used to sow panic among the public.

Unless, of course, the HHS knows something the public doesn’t — like that they’ve got Frankenstein human-to-human transmissible bird flu sitting on the shelf of some NIH-funded lab somewhere, just ready to “slip out” into an oriental wet market or whatever.
