There is nothing The Science™ won’t do in the name of gender Equity™. And Tolerance™. And Inclusion™.
It’s a package deal; you can’t have one without the others!
But can men really get pregnant?
Let’s explore.
“In most cases, including cis-men who have sex with men, male pregnancy is not possible. New research in uterine transplants may mean that male pregnancy could be a possibility in the future, though,” writes Medical News Today.
“In most cases”!
The LGBTQ4GF150+++™-ally outlet clarifies:
Gender is much more fluid than biological sex.
Typically, people are assigned male or female at birth. Those who identify with the gender that society associates with their biological sex are “cisgender” men and women.
Cisgender men who have sex with cisgender men cannot get pregnant.
However, not everyone identifies with the gender role that is associated with their designated sex. For instance, a person who was assigned female at birth (AFAB) but identifies as a man may refer to themselves as a “transgender” man or a gender nonconforming individual.
Many AFAB people who identify as men or gender nonconforming people retain their ovaries and uterus, which allows them to get pregnant and give birth.
“Trans” men getting knocked up for Equity™ is all good and well, but what about cis men/trans women who want to share in the joys of motherhood?
Why shouldn’t they be granted the God-given right to produce babies? The current state of affairs is certainly not very Equitable™, Inclusive™, or Tolerant™ of their needs and wants.
Thank Heavens, a pioneering Indian surgeon is hard at work correcting this horrific injustice for all of the cis men left out in the cold, fashioning a special uterus for each and every one of them with his bare hands out of the bloody remains of a female donor’s own, so that they too can become climate change victims for whom Hillary Clinton will play violin songs.

Via WION News (emphasis added):
An Indian surgeon is looking to carry out a never-seen-before procedure by transplanting a womb into a trans woman. As the person would have been born as a man, the risky and highly expensive procedure will help biological men become pregnant. In the procedure, the reproductive organs of a dead donor or a woman going in for sex change will be used. It would entail the use of IVF and a C-section as no fully functional vagina is present in the case.
Earlier, an attempt was made for the same procedure but it had resulted in the death of the patient after complications in some months…
"Every transgender woman wants to be as female as possible — and that includes being a mother. The way towards this is with a uterine transplant, the same as a kidney or any other transplant. This is the future. We cannot predict exactly when this will happen but it will happen very soon," Kaushik told The Mirror.
"We have our plans and are very optimistic about this," the surgeon said, while not revealing the name of the recipient or timelines for the surgery.
