This morning, the Pennsylvania House State Government Committee held a hearing on the case of the Democrats caught accepting bribes in exchange for voting against voter ID in the state. The case against the Democrats is well-documented, yet Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane, a Democrat, scuttled it shortly after she took office. Kane also accused the career investigators who built the case of racism.

That charge doesn’t stand up to any level of scrutiny. The investigation targeted Republicans and Democrats, male and female, black and white. As it so happens, only Democrats chose to accept the bribes, and those members who did happen to be black.

Today’s hearing included PJM’s J. Christian Adams and other witnesses. As Adams and the other witnesses were about to testify on Kane’s “corrosive effect on election integrity,” the Democrats on the committee attempted to adjourn, to prevent Adams from speaking. That motion to adjourn failed. Then a Democrat (apparently state Rep. Michael O’Brien) attempted to make a point of personal privilege to block Adams’ testimony from being heard. That was ruled out of order. The Democrats persisted.

The committee chairman, state Rep. Daryl Metcalfe, had that Democrat who tried to block Adams’ testimony on a point of personal privilege seized and ejected from the hearing room.

After that, it was total chaos. All of the Democrats on the committee got up and stormed out of the room.

The committee is looking at whether Kane should be impeached for scuttling the investigation and smearing the investigators. Even some fellow Democrats in Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams, who is both black and a Democrat, have strongly objected to Kane’s actions.

Don't mistake lawlessness for corruption.

Lawlessness, takes the corruption...and then dares you to do something about it.

The Bozo Nostra...the criminal enterprise posing as a political party...The Clown Mafia...will spit and spew out RACISM!!!! whenever it is caught with the bear clamp on their legs.

"Nothing to see here", "this is partisan"...."RACISM!!!!"

Tyranny, treason and totalitarianism...ALL come from the seeds of a corrupt and conspiratorial media. The cause and effect is NOT reversed...lawless evil stems FROM the intentional failure to hold corruption accountable.

It becomes a ferocious, viral beast...in the Petri dish of media evil.

They not only coverup the crimes...but the criminal enterprise DEMANDS the coverup. It spies on dissent. It attacks dissent with criminal use of governmental agency power.

It is a death spiral for liberty and a road grader of freedom.

The media spawned this evil...and feeds it.

It is virally spreading...local, state an federal corruption, treason and tyranny is everywhere.

Thank your information stream. Thank the radical leftists.

Freedom is in a death grip. And the enemies of freedom are bolder than ever.

The Wisconsin Democrat legislature, the Texas Democrat legislature, the Pennsylvania Democrat legislature, the hecklers’ majority in removing conservative speakers, the Holder department selectively enforcing the law, Harry Reid adjusting senate rules for maximum power, boycotting a select committee…there is a pattern here.

It’s hard to be a democracy when one side of the political spectrum doesn’t believe in democracy.

But the media just calls it politics and shrugs…that is why the left is winning.

If you or I would do something like taking bribes, no one would come to our defense and disrupt a case being conducted. But NO!!!! If you're a politician and a staunch Liberal, you can get away with it.

In retrospect, it may turn out to be a 'good thing' if this gets bent way out of shape, whatever the outcome. Why?

The country would, yet again, get a good look at what one party's governance has gotten them over decades. It would also put Scott Walker in high relief against the wallpaper of also-rans in a presidential primary. He got the job done in Wisconsin against extremely tough odds AND his state went from debtor status to having a surplus. AND even a lot of his enemies (there) turned into admirers.

This is a precursor of what's to come during the Benghazi hearings. The defecrats will try to take their ball home and quit. Republicans better have their own set of balls to keep the game going (like they did in Wisconsin and like they have done in Texas with the Teacher's union).

Philadelphia has always been a center of political corruption, it's just with the
Democrats the corruption is on steroids. Since the 50's the Democrats have bled the city dry, destroyed stable neighborhoods, driven tax paying businesses from the city--all to fatten the Democratic purse and the one party rule they brought to the city for years.

But they are Democrats! They must believe in democracy right?
"This is what democracy looks like!"
Mob Rule, that's what they believe in. They are getting closer and closer to the Occupy bunch and the Anarchist/Communists of the G8 conferences.
We are on our way to their ultimate goal: A French Revolution in America.

I realized the lawlessness when the New Black Panthers and our US Attorney General, Holder, threatened voters at a polling place in that state. Things have only gotten worse. Ben Franklin must be whirling in his grave. ALAS///what to dp! I DON'T KNOW> IT takes the people to rise up.

Question: After the Democrats walked, does the committee still have a quorum? If they do, fire for effect!

In the PA State House: "When Blacks do it, it 's not illegal".
