Dr. Kermit Gosnell faced eight charges of murder in his ongoing trial. As of today, he only faces five. The judge in the case dropped three of them, citing a lack of evidence.

The move has stunned trial watchers. LifeNews looked into which charges have been dropped, and found that one of them involved a baby boy born and breathing before his neck was snipped.

One of the three charges the judge dropped includes a 28-week unborn baby who was killed in an abortion-infanticide and eventually discovered in a freezer at Gosnell’s clinic.

LifeNews has identified that another charge involved “Baby B,” about whom a Gosnell staffer testified was a newborn child who survived a failed abortion and was still breathing into a shoe box.

Kareema Cross told the jury she saw at least 10 children who were breathing after botched abortions but killed afterwards. What happened shocked her so badly she took photographs to document what happened. Cross took pictures to document filth in the abortion clinic and a picture of a huge baby boy tossed in shoe box breathing, moving, and too big for the box. Cross testified of large babies birthed, moving, and moaning some for 20 min before their necks were snipped.

The defense started yesterday. Today, three of the charges are gone.

Planned Parenthood has dubbed President Obama the most pro-abortion president ever, ahead of his keynoting their gala this Thursday.

In the days before Roe vs Wade there were lots and lots of Gosnells in this country; and if the right to lifers win, there will be many more. By the way, while it is perfectly true that the mass media pretty much ignored the Gosnell case, it has been widely discussed on left-leaning and feminist websites for a long time, though, obviously, liberals draw very different lessons from this sad affair than you guys will.

Please don’t waste your time and energy on the likes of Jim Harrishmuck a.k.a. Jim Hitlerson. He has venomous opinions on every topic, even ones he knows nothing about. He is simply too ignorant to understand how ignorant he is. However, he thinks he knows everything about everything and thinks he has the solution to all of the world’s problems. The guy is what Thomas Sowell might call a self-anointed messiah. He believes that civilized and successful people and countries are intrinsically evil and he has a vicious hatred of Jews and of Israel. His posts are often incoherent ramblings. He evades questions, he tells outright lies and he throws tantrums. Please don’t waste your time and energy on this immature, malignant, narcissistic, attention-starved, anti-Semitic demagogue.

Jim, where have you gotten your information about pre-Roe abortion practice? I've been studying many original source documents, news articles, court documents, and medical journal articles for roughly 20 years now, and I've found no evidence to support your assertion.

Waiting on the DoJ to intervene and have the case dismissed.

It's no wonder why the MSM is pretending this never happened. They don't recognize evil because of their own evil. Members of the MSM of today would have made great Nazis.

And as Paul Harvey used to say: for the rest of the story.

I suggest y'all do a little research into Harvey Karman, the "doctor" who designed the manual vacuum aspiration syringe that allowed for abortion procedures to be done without the benefit of electricity, a procedure heralded by the pro-death crowd and still used today and Karman's invention of the "super coil."

Once Karman, assisted by the International Planned Parenthood Federation, had done as much damage as he could in Bangladesh and the women there, he turned his sights on the U.S. Karman arranged for poor, mostly black, women in Chicago to take a bus to Philadelphia for late term abortions using his "super coil" method. What happened next was referred to as the "Mother's Day Massacre," as 9 of the 15 women were physically harmed by the procedure.

And who was the doctor that actually performed those destructive abortions for Karman in 1972? None other than Kermit Gosnell, who has been the Dr. Mengele of the abortion industry for over 40 years.

He can escape justice in this life, but in his next he will be reborn into the hell reserved for abortionists.

It occurred to me to today to wonder why NO ONE at that horrible place tried to help any one of those poor babies. Couldn't any of those awful people have tried to help at least one of those poor children?

What a country! Lawyer up (3 x $160,000 a year) for a terrorist who killed 4 people and maimed 200 and dismiss charges of infanticide for a Monster who snuffed the lives of the most innocent among us.

Y'all do know the bastard is going to walk, right? It just takes one feminazi to hang the jury, and then the prosecution chooses not re-prosecute the case. Then "down the memory hole" with it.

Yeah. William Baxter Waddill strangled a 32-week saline survivor in front of several horrified NICU nurses and a stunned pediatrician. The autopsy confirmed that the baby died of manual strangulation, not from abortion injuries. But he ended up walking because of TWO hung juries!

As I wrote this morning, there cannot possibly be any "murder" if you are a nihilist.
The sheer nothing "produced" a "thing" that is called (by the far right wing-nuts) "universe", in which things that have no meaning come (from the nothing) and go (to the nothing).
No murder, no guilt, no problem.

PS
And no life either, no bliss, no light of God.
Hell.
