Another Preventable Crime: One of Biden's Illegals Assaults 2 Girls in Michigan

Another day, another crime that could have been prevented if the Biden Administration hadn't been hellbent on importing a permanent Democrat-voting base.

Up in St. Joseph County, Mich., an illegal immigrant named Miguel Hernandez-Ruiz was charged for a March 20 home invasion where he sexually assaulted two sisters under the age of thirteen in the Sweet Water Mobile Home Park.

As Fox 17 in West Michigan described, the two victims said he threatened to kill them if they tried to scream or escape during the act, in which he supposedly exposed himself and attacked them.

According to local News Channel 3, this fine gentleman entered the country in 2021 under a temporary work visa but stayed in the Sturgis area after it expired.

After Hernandez-Ruiz committed his horrific crime, the authorities tried to question him, but he fled to Fort Wayne, Ind., where they caught him after a twelve-day manhunt.

St. Joseph County prosecutor David Marvin said Hernandez-Ruiz is "a danger to society" and "a flight risk," and thus he is being held without bond and under an immigration detainer.

"This is so serious that we’ve got to make sure we protect St. Joseph County, and honestly any county in the United States because we can’t afford to have this person leave," Marvin added.

I understand what you mean, Mr. Marvin, but hopefully, this Hernandez-Ruiz guy will be deported after you convict him.

Then again, this is the Biden Administration we're talking about, so if Hernandez-Ruiz does get deported, all he would have to do is change his name and he could stroll right back across the border and do it again.

After all, this didn't stop Fermin Garcia Gutierrez, who had been deported from the United States seven times over about twenty years since he first entered in 2001. This was even though he had been in the Butler County jail eleven times for various crimes, the most recent being a murder in March.

Similar stories of criminals deported multiple times but coming back include the guy who killed a mother and son in Colorado while driving drunk (deported four times), another guy who killed four people and a child when told to stop shooting in Texas (also deported four times), and the killer of two-year-old Jeremy Poou-Caceres.

Illegals involved in child sex crimes like Hernandez-Ruiz here include Haitian national Cory Alvarez, twice-deported Ervin Lopez, and countless others.

But hey, at least we're sending $61 billion to Ukraine without any border security strings attached. And it's not like Biden's handlers are considering mass amnesty for illegals who have been here for ten years or more or are married to U.S. citizens.

Meanwhile, I am trying to get my Peruvian wife cleared to live here permanently. Just today, I learned that getting to step two will take approximately four months, but knowing the U.S. government, it will likely be longer — even if Joe Biden is reelected (God forbid).

That's just how it has been since 2021: illegal aliens can get away with crime, but the people who complain and who follow the rules are the ones who are punished.
