Florida Man strikes again:
Robert Phillips, 25, cut off an unmarked police vehicle while he happened to be driving a stolen car.
The cop in the unmarked car says that he followed Mr. Phillips and watched him engage in a drug sale. That’s when other deputies in marked police cruisers showed up.
Phillips fled on a high speed chase with crack-cocaine and $2,316 in cash on him, as well as 22 grams of heroin and 5.3 grams of crack cocaine.
Local WFTV says that he is facing multiple drug charges. But police are saying that he signed his own confession when he put down “drug dealer” as his occupation in the police report.
You know you’re not supposed to do that, right?
More seriously, I’m pretty sure the police are correct that Phillips’ own job description is admissible in court.
