From Bill Quick, on the GOP’s 2010 prospects, “sad to say, the GOP seems to do a bit better at observing its own principles when it’s out of power.” You know Bill was practically seething with understatement when he typed “a bit.”

And I’ll repeat what I said yesterday on the same subject: True dat.

ADDED BONUS THOUGHT: Can one seethe with understatement? If one isn’t actually British, I mean.
