Key evidence has been dropped from the Ted Stevens corruption trial:
On Thurday, Judge Emmett Sullivan will tell the jury why the evidence was struck and that the prosecutors knew the information was inaccurate. The prosecution is expected to rest Thursday and Stevens’ lawyers will begin to make their case.
