Arafat will not be traveling to Beirut for the Arab League summit there this week.

Through a spokesman, the PA barbarian-in-chief said, “This has nothing to do with the Israelis and their tanks just down the street. I wasn’t really ever formally invited to the summit, I didn’t want to go anyway, and I have other obligations right here in my office.”

Like waiting for the IDF tanks to back up a little more.
