Reminds me of the Iraqi army before Gulf War I. They had all that top-notch equipment from Soviet arms manufacturers, but no doctrine or training to make it all work. The Chinese may spoil for a fight with us someday — if their regime lasts long enough. And if they do, that will be the end of their regime.
