Indictment: Hunter Biden Spent Money on 'Everything but His Taxes'

The U.S. tax code is about 70,000 pages, and if stacked up, it would be more than three football fields high. That's a lot. But little did we know that Hunter Biden would find a tantalizing jewel in America's tax code: a hooker write-off.

Honestly, you can hardly blame President Joe Biden's son. If you had to turn over "half" your income to your dad and spiff 10% for the "big guy" for every foreign shakedown you executed on his behalf, and then had to pay taxes on the money you gave to dad would be a big blow to the old numbered account. It would be galling that the cheap bastard who insisted that "you have to pay your fair share" didn't pay his — you were on the hook for it. Someone now will have to pay the piper and that someone is Hunter.

As Matt Margolis pointed out Thursday, Hunter was indicted by Special Counsel David Weiss in Federal District Court in Central California for non-payment of taxes on millions of dollars in income. Weiss has known about the non-payment of taxes for years and tried to elide the tax lawbreaking with a secret sweetheart deal for the president's son on a gun charge. Maybe Weiss was too busy sorting his sock drawer, or maybe it's because Democrats are now baying for Joe's blood, but he finally got around to officially noticing that Hunter wasn't paying taxes on millions in income.

The indictment accuses the president's son on nine federal criminal counts.

Between 2016 and October 15, 2020, the Defendant spent this money on drugs, escorts and girlfriends, luxury hotels and rental properties, exotic cars, clothing, and other items of a personal nature, in short, everything but his taxes.

Of course, readers of PJ Media have known this for a long time. We reported that Hunter's sex club membership was listed as a business expense last June and wondered whether Weiss had noticed. Matt also reported that Joe ended up with an unexplained $10 million in income in 2017.

The House Oversight Committee has produced documents showing that Hunter sold his product — dad's influence — to Romania, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakstan, and China while he was vice president and after leaving office. "On March 1, 2017—less than two months after Vice President Joe Biden left public office—State Energy HK Limited, a Chinese company, wired $3 million to a Biden associate’s account. The total amount from China, specifically with CEFC and their related entities, to the Biden family and their associates is over $8 million."

And the indictment tracks with the Oversight Committee's findings.

The Defendant spent millions of dollars on an extravagant lifestyle at the same time he chose not to pay his taxes. The Defendant spent approximately $1 million in 2016, $1.4 million in 2017, $1.8 million in 2018, and $600,000 in 2019. From January through October 15, 2020, the Defendant received more than $1.2 million in financial support that was used to pay various personal expenses but not any of his federal individual income tax liabilities for 2016-2019.

The indictment alleges that Hunter somehow got $1.66 million from a bank ATM or cash withdrawal and spent money on hookers and porn rather than pay his taxes.

Hunter failed to pay taxes on money he used to pay for rehab, groceries, mortgage payments (perhaps his father's), and tuition as you can see.

He paid some of his taxes when the feds notified him.

With Joe on the outs with Democrats, Hunter might be in some real trouble here.

Stay tuned.
