Obama White House -- which fruitlessly spent a trillion bucks on 'stimulus' -- launches 'Campaign to Cut Waste'

Who do they think they’re fooling with this?

In a video message to the American people, President Obama and Vice President Biden launched the Campaign to Cut Waste, which will hunt down and eliminate misspent tax dollars in every agency and department across the federal government.

Full stop. Nearly one trillion dollars to keep unemployment below 8.5%. Unemployment is now above 9%. I’d call that waste, but Sheriff Joe calls it “recovery.”

The Vice President hosted an event at the White House today where he announced that the President has asked him to take on a new role holding the Cabinet accountable for cutting waste in their agencies as part of the Administration’s ongoing effort to make government more accountable to the American people. At the event, he outlined the new steps the government would be taking as part of an Executive Order the President signed this morning.

Blabbity blabbity blah. A trillion bucks for recovery, no recovery in sight. It’s the Mother of All Government Waste, but the shiny newfangled “Campaign to Cut Waste” isn’t addressing it.

What. A. Joke.
