Tony Kushner meets the Rosenbergs

The New York intelligentsia has been all aflutter over the awarding, non-awarding, and then the awarding of an honorary degree to playwright Tony Kushner at CUNY. The right is appalled with Kushner’s anti-Semitism, excuse me… anti-Zionism. The left has been appalled with supposed repression of Kushner’s views. The debate is old, but until reading this Phyllis Chesler article, I had not realized how old.
